Emptiness. Darkness. Nothingness. That was all Anakin knew. He had been frozen in carbonite for an unknown amount of time, but it felt like eternity. He had been conscious the whole time, however long it had been. In turn, he had a long time to contemplate his fate and the fate of others. He wondered what had happened to his master. If Obi-wan had escaped, then Anakin would be free by now. Anakin couldn't hear anything around him either so he had no idea if he was still on Ab Kibar, or somewhere else.
He hoped the chancellor was planning on helping him, what was his name? Anakin couldn't recall. After spending some time in carbonite, he knew carbon sickness was a side effect of freezing, but what were the symptoms? Clearly he had some sort of amnesia, but hopefully it would be short lived.
For now, Anakin could do nothing but wait and keep reflecting on himself.
