I woke up late today, my mom kept yelling at me all night yesterday when i got home. She thought i was out doing something bad. She said she knew I was with a guy, and I told her about Daniel and how we just grabbed food but she wasn't listening. She went off and called me names like a slut, and a whore. My dad was listening to all this and didn't even bother saying anything to my mom or defending me. I spent all night crying again and i forgot to set my alarm.
....
It was first period and i was nervous about seeing Daniel. Everything felt like a blur last night. Like that wasn't the Daniel I know. I'm actually scared, i don't want to go next period, but that's my bae, so.
First period ended and i nervously made my way to second period. I walked in and saw Daniel already sitting down. I thought i got to class early as heck but i guess not. I took my seat next to him. I didn't want to annoy him again, (i already did all last night yesterday), maybe I do talk too much. I needa learn from him. Only a few words. He gave me a smile while i took my stuff out. His beautiful green eyes were so beautiful. I smiled back at him and waited for him to say something, except, he didn't. He just went on his phone.
I was just so beat up from our little date last night and the yelling my mom did, that i was about to breakdown and cry at any given moment. I just want someone to talk to, I want Daniel. Amy and Amanda have the perfect parents, they wouldn't understand. I don't even know about Daniel's parents cause he doesn't talk to me. Yet something about him is so comforting. Like i'm drawn into him more and more everyday.
I stared at the wall in front of me for i don't know how long. the wall was a little comforting lol. Daniel interrupted my peace, "You good?" he looked concerned. Omg do I look like shit? I thought i was hiding my feelings pretty good. "Yea." I gave him the biggest smile i could, which wasn't big. I was low key very high key hoping Daniel would somehow catch me lying. I wanted him to notice that i wasn't okay. I looked at him in hopes that he would say something, he opened his mouth to say something but didn't because Kevin got to class and sat infront of him. They dabbed each other up and class started.
Few minutes pass into class and a girl walked through the door. She was drop dead gorgeous. She had tanned skin and long dark wavy hair. She had the prettiest brown eyes. Our teacher spoke up, "Students this is Layla, she is our new student." I hope she doesn't sit here though, i don't want my man staring at her..
oh! she's coming this way, that's what i get for thinking that way.
She takes a seat across from me, which is next to kevin. If this were any day, I would love to make friends with her, but today is not it. I just kept taking my notes, i would glance here and there at Daniel to make sure he wasn't looking, and he wasn't.
The last few minutes of class were for us to discuss our group project. Layla introduced herself to our group and i gave her a genuine smile, told her my name and she kinda ignored it.. she just started talking to Daniel and Kevin.
