The car ride was a mix of awkward silence and you trying to figure out where the seatbelt was- You finally managed to click it in, but by that time, you were already zoning out.

"So, what did you say your name was, dear?" the old woman asked suddenly, snapping you out of your thoughts.

"Kavi," you replied.

"Last name?"

"Uh... never had one," you answered, shrugging. "That's one thing I remember despite the whole amnesia thing." You tacked on the amnesia part with as much conviction as you could muster.

The old woman, who had introduced herself as Recovery Girl, hummed in acknowledgment, then moved on to the next question. "And your quirk? How does it work?"

You blinked, trying to come up with the best way to describe bending without sounding like you were from another world. "I can control water from, uh, water sources around me. And I can use the water to heal people."

She nodded and then asked, "Anything else? Any other abilities I should know about?"

You were about to go with a simple "no," but she added, "You know it's illegal to withhold information about your quirk, right? It needs to be registered properly."

You mentally groaned. "I was... about to get there. I can also control fire, air, and earth. Manipulate them like I do with water. I can use my quirk for combat, too."

She nodded again, completely unfazed by your laundry list of abilities. "Good to know," she said, smiling.

Then she turned to Toshinori Yagi, sitting quietly in the front, and casually dropped the bomb. "By the way, this guy here is All Might."

"All Mi-whoa, wait, what?" you sputtered, while All Might choked on his water. He somehow managed to swallow without spraying it everywhere, but his face turned a lovely shade of red.

"R-Recovery Girl, did you have to just blurt it out like that?" he stammered, looking like he wanted to sink into his seat.

She waved a hand dismissively. "Oh, she was bound to find out anyway. Besides, she'll probably need to heal you, too. Her quirk's the only thing that's worked on you so far."

All Might gave a sheepish grin, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah, well... I sustained an injury a while back in a fight with a villain. It's, uh, made things difficult. I can't exactly... transform like I used to."

You raised an eyebrow, thinking that wasn't the whole story, but you didn't really care enough to question it.

Finally, the car pulled up to a massive, shiny building shaped like an "H" and covered in mirrors. You stared up at it, trying not to look as impressed as you felt. "Uh is this really a high school?" you asked, incredulous.

All Might chuckled, his mood lightening. "Yep! This is the great U.A. High, where young teens train to become heroes."

The gates opened, and the taxi driver dropped you all off at the entrance. As you stepped out, you still couldn't help but silently gawk at the sheer size of the place.

All Might excused himself, saying something about needing to prepare for his next class, leaving you with Recovery Girl, who led you to the infirmary. The halls were mercifully empty, so you didn't have to deal with curious stares-at least, not yet.

Once inside the infirmary, Recovery Girl handed you a uniform-a skirt and blazer combo that made you cringe. "Uh, do I have to wear the skirt? Are there any pants perhaps?"

Recovery Girl chuckled like you'd just told her a good joke. "That's the boys' uniform. But sure, why not? Let's get you some pants."

She rummaged through a drawer and pulled out a pair of pants, handing them to you with a wink. "Go ahead and change. You can use the restroom over there."
