3)I Like MARK!

we had reached school and actually with few two minutes to spare "so here we are" Roland said while carrying me off his motorcycle "yeah... hey I can help myself you know" I said totally blushing "I know but I don't want you to get injured that's all" Roland answered giving a really cute smile

"oh okay, thanks anyways" I replied still blushing "yeah my pleasure see you later, hope you have a fun at school, with you know who." Roland said and winked at me which made me chuckle "yeah I will, bye, you too" I answered while smiling, I watched him put on his helmet and drove away as I waved

when I was about to enter school I saw Collins  he was at one of the steps watching Roland drive away
"hey!" I yelled
"hey! who's the biker boy?" Collins asked sarcastically smiling
"oh, h-he's just my older cousin, Jacob"  I stuttered
"oh, wow I didn't know you had a cousin who lives here" Collins said sounding so relieved
"yeah, he's kind of new around here"  I explained

"oh okay, that's cool" Collins replied "yeah" I answered really quick.

when we entered the school, we saw Mark and at that point I was really happy to see him, because he hasn't been answering my texts or calls since that whole 'cinema incident'  and I kind of missed him a bit.

I wanted to say something but nothing came out immediately Collins held my hands tightly, like as if we were a couple and then pecked me on my cheeks. I didn't understand what just happened right now when Collins did that Mark boiled with anger and stormed off to God knows where, I  didn't know if I was happy or sad like Collins, the guy I have loved since I was like three!! Just  pecked me,oh my god!!

But why? Why in front of Mark, who I cared about? What was I to do? "Why did you do that?"  I asked as I stopped walking and pulled away from his grip forcefully.

"Do what?" Collins asked. "That 'thing' you did when Mark was around?" I asked angrily. "Look, Lily, I don't have time, okay? I gotta go to my class. I'll talk to you later, I promise. I hope you miss me. Bye." Collins said while running to his class.

But did I just hear him say,
 
'hope you miss me?'

Cause I didn't really understand why he would say that. I was just standing there lost in thoughts, that I didn't hear the bell ring. "Hey, Lil, Lil? Earth to Lil! Lily! Lily!" screamed Which really snapped me out of my thoughts. "Huh? Oh, God, I missed you so much!" I said as I immediately regained myself and hugged her tightly. "Aw, me too. What's wrong? Why are you out here? Thinking," Zoe asked. "Well, I don't know, Zoe. I think I like Mark. Or maybe even love him. I don't know," I said sadly, rubbing my forehead with my palm and Panting anxiously. I made sure putting an emphasis on 'love'.
"Aw, my poor baby. Of course you do. You can't stay one day without talking about him. And you say you don't like him." Zoe said while giving a face of I-told-you-so.

"Yeah, I know. I got him angry and now he doesn't want to talk to me. I don't know what to do, Zoe". I cried.

"Well, what of Collins?" Zoe asked. "I don't even know. I still love him and one day would love to marry him. But I'm scared I'll miss Mark if I do." I continued, forgetting about the whole thing that happened between me and Collins, just a few seconds ago. "Look, we can't stay here. Cause by the looks of it, you don't look like someone who wants to go to class. At all." Zoe stared and chuckled. "Okay, we're then?" I asked.

" Um, oh, the bathroom. No one's gonna be there during class period. So, we'll be safe for a while, I guess." Zoe suggested.

We left to the bathroom as I sat on the slab on the sink, while Zoe stood and looked at herself in the mirror, so she could see how she looked. "So you were saying?"  Zoe said looking at me. "Umm, well--" I was rudely  interrupted by Kim, who I didn't even know how she even got here. "Look, mom, I told you that they were here talking and on plotting how to get back at me."

Kim said while pointing at me with her index finger. "She's the one who you disciplined earlier," Kim added.
"Excuse me, but what are you two doing here? Aren't you meant to be in class like the rest ?" The principal scolded as she took us to her office.

"That would teach her not to mess with the almighty Kim." Kim said to one of her side girls and then they all started giggling fakely.

I didn't know why Kim hated me or how she knew I was in the bathroom.

Afterward, Mrs Madison let us go with a warning and we went to our lockers to get our books for our class. "God, I just hate that girl. Like for real," I said angrily

"That's Kim for you," Zoe answered.
"God, I just wish I could just strangle her or something", I said while Zoe laughed. As we entered the class.

Mrs. Judy, our geography teacher spotted us sneaking into the class and said, "Zoe and Lily, you two are coming to class late. Why?" She asked. Zoe replied,

"Lily was not feeling too well, so she needed to take five minutes out of the schedule period to see the school nurse."

"Oh, Lily, I'm sorry for you," Mrs. Judy said, sympathetically. "Thanks, Ma'am. It won't repeat itself again, I promise."

"Of course it won't, in detention", she said laughing. But Ma'am, I tried to defend myself, but she wouldn't listen. "And for you, Zoe, the defendant of the defenseless, you're going to detention too. Maybe you should have said that excuse on your behalf", she added.

Just then, I noticed Kim was sitting next to Mark and they were really close. They were even acting like a couple. I boiled in anger because firstly, I'm going to detention and secondly, what was Kim doing here? I just went to my seat like I didn't care, but deep down in me, I cared.

I couldn't pay attention to the classes I had because of this problem I put myself into.
