Leif's POV

"BECAUSE IT WAS AVA IN THIS BOTTLE!!!!"

What?
Does this moron knows whatever he was saying?

"A-Ava?"
"Quit the bluffing , Rhys. We all know Ava was alright."
Asch claimed as Rhys brutally spat back.

"Stop lying to yourself , you knew Ava was not in the best , your highness. I was confident of your self awareness."
Asch scoffed and turned away from the advisor , knowing he blurted out the truth hidden.

"Finally you've noticed."
Bermadette's arm stretched and grabbed the bottle from Rhys , handing over to Sody , who then swiftly climbed up to the shelf , putting the soul of Ava's into it.

"You're actually serious? With the... Ava thing?"
"Her name's Ava? Guess I should earn more trust on her. Her self defense was so strong and she barely blurted out a few words."
Sody claimed with her left leg resting on her right leg , definitely not acting like a proper girl. 

"Is it me , or I don't get a word from this kid?"
I claimed with my arms resting at the back of my skull. The rest shook their heads as well , until Varon gasped so loudly and even almost fallen over the chair if Pierce didn't catch him on time.

"Geez , calm your tail down , it's a kid before us , not a big deal of it."
"S-She was not just any red panda by this rate!"

"She's a soul therapist!"

I tilted my head and looked at the all shocked prince and scoffed , thought he was about to say this kid has a killing streak that was more than mine.
Well , guess not? 

"Soul....therapist?"
"What?"
"What does that even do?"
"Well it sounds like something that won't affect my number 1 killing streak."
"...Yes."

"You- Have you guys not heard this? Seriously? Was the role as a royalty the most highest ranked you can find?!"
Varon shouted before rubbing the bridge of his nose and claimed , 

"Soul therapist was the highest ranked in Medonax hundreds years ago. It could be a even higher rank than us royals. Their job was to guide souls into the light or dark. Similar to a god or goddess."
I turned to the kid who's still sitting improperly.

A kid as a soul therapist? 
Such high quality job was assigned to a kid by the gods?
Yesh , they have absolute the worst taste in choosing.

"It's nothing special... Sounds boring in fact..."
Asch yawned as I noticed the popping veins by Sody's forehead which she simply claimed after that , 

"Oh , it's fine! Not like I'm going to read all your memories and judge you to the dark and ensure your next generation won't have such a tempered king. I will make sure that , your majesty!"
"Why you-!"
"Your highness , please mind your tone of speaking. As far you are a escaping prisoner , you are still a prince. In the worst case of scenario , you're standing before a god chosen one."
Upon Rhys's words , Asch failed to once again oppose and crossed his arms.

"Apologies with his words , Miss Sody. Asch can be....  foolish upon his words."
"Address me as PRINCE Asch!"
"We're not in Daemos as I have mentioned beforehand your majesty. Now do apologize as by far I am more concerned over the future of Daemos."
Rhys claimed as Asch rolled his eye and bowed for apology , which was quite a view for me to see the stubborn as hell of a prince was bowing for beg of forgiveness.

"Well , apology accepted , but I don't take back with the whole kingdom collapse talk back."
"EXCUSE ME-!"
Asch shouted and attempted to charge towards Sody , yet Bermadette quickly stood before him with her extra arms turned into knives , aiming right on Asch's eyes.

"As I was mentioning ," She placed down her leg , sitting with a serious expression , "I don't mean games and jokes with what I mentioned. Indeed , it might be just what will happen if Asch's emotions was unstable as now. Or maybe not as what I sound."

"It's true I have the ability for judgement of a soul. But... My powers were no longer there as I'm getting old. I see the time changes , the years increasing , the buildings from wood to bricks , from the past to the present Queen."
"You have met my Great Grandmother?!"
Varon said shockingly as he almost fell down the chair once more.

"Geez , it's just your grandmother , calm down."
"It's not 'just my Great Grandmother' , Prince. I have heard tales of my Great Grandmother , she was known as 'The Sun of Medonax'. She was the first and builder of the Medonax. She was heard to fight and won the war between the Daemos with one of her hands injured-! No hard feelings there right?"

Only Pierce said so while the rest of us looked away awkwardly.

"My Great Grandmother was heard from tales! It was rumoured that there were so many ruins was existing till this day because of her! My family brings so much glory!"

Varon turned to Sody and asked with what that means.

"There's a reason I'm right here now ," Sody said as she has her hand awkwardly run on the surface of the table , "Ever since your... Grandmother took over , well... she changed the system running in Medonax for years , that's why I'm here now hehe..."
"That means... You're fired by my Grandmother?!"
"HA! KARMA- OUCH!"
Asch , receiving his karma by Bermadette smacking him by the back of the skull.

"But why? Y-You are by far the most powerful among us!"
"Used to."
"That doesn't matter! You are still practically the wisest! You have seen all of the courts going on! You have the knowledge to step up and teach us!... Yet you stepped down..."
Sody looked at Varon's desperation and sighed as she explained.

"Your Grandmother does not like the idea of the darkness the bad souls should handle. She finds it unfair , injustice. She did protest , yet failed. Hence ,"

"She lied."

"What?..."
"She lied about my powers being a makeup lie as she noticed my low powered state. She had evidence , I was fired. The moment she was crowned Queen , she set up the creature system , setting low and high royal lives , being absolutely savage to those who are disloyal and those who are rebellious against her."
"This... was so much for input..."
"She even made a poem for a sign of warning , for those who are scheming to attack and take her crown. It didn't work for the people but does for the soldiers and the royals."

Sody turned to Bermadette , gesturing her as the robot was in ready position as a voice sings.

"Five rabbits raced through shifting woods,
No walls or signs, just whispered goods.
A serpent slithered, twin tails wide,
Its riddle clear: "Which path to bide?"

Three figures next—triplets tall,
Each with a hunger to enthrall.
One sought power, strong and cold,
Another truth, a story untold.
The last craved freedom, wild and free,
But none could grant the final key.

A robot danced in silent spin,
Its metal grace pulled them within.
A girl of wax, her flame burned low,
"Beware," she whispered, "time will go."

They reached a garden, skulls in bloom,
Laughing softly of their doom.
Through each strange test, they leapt and ran,
Chasing dreams, without a plan."

Bermadette said as the room turned silent , followed by Noi saying , 

"Eh...anyone understand whatever that thing just said?"
