A/N: Long time, no update. How is everyone?

"Otterlee, I do not have time for this!" Jason shouted out the front door as his daughter took off after her service dog.

He tried to catch her arm and groaned when her shoeless feet flew into the wet grass. He glanced over his shoulder to see Fallon on the phone with someone as she packed her bookbag up, then back to Otter as she followed her labrador around closely.

"Otter? Otter." Jason tried to get her attention, glancing down at his watch. "I'm going to go get changed for work. I need you to stay put. Okay?"

The girl bobbed her head and giggled as Reptar lifted his leg to pee on the bush. She looked back to the front door when the storm cage slammed loudly, covering her ears. Otter whined and looked around, frowning deeply when she didn't see her father.

She blinked, dropping her hands and taking a few steps away from Reptar to watch the front porch where Jason usually waited. She whined when he didn't come back out, searching the front yard where he might go.

The car.

He goes to the car every morning. He would have to go to the car and that's where he would be. Otter knew that. He went there every morning after being loud with her mother.

Reptar's head flew up when Otter suddenly took off down the sidewalk. He sniffed the air, slowly following after her until he noticed the redhead curiously walking toward the trash cans behind Jason's cars.

A loud howl like bark interrupted Fallon's call with Rachel. She frowned and looked toward the door.

"Uh, Rachel, I'll have to call you back." She mumbled, zipping up her backpack. Fallon hummed a few responses to Rachel's disappointment and moved to the window to see what her father had done to upset Otter now.

"Honey!"

Fallon froze, slowly turning around.

"Where is my tie?"

"Dad!" Fallon called through the house, fumbling with the front door. "Why aren't you outside? You left her outside alone!"

Loud footsteps hammered down the hallway before Moose appeared with his messy hair and toothbrush in his mouth. He followed Fallon out the front door and grabbed the leash off the hook.

Her heart rapidly screamed in Fallon's chest as she looked around for Reptar's loud barks. She threw herself into a limping run when she spotted Otter kneeling down in the middle of their road to pick up a rock.

"Moose!" Fallon shrieked.

"Hey! Hey!"

The football player threw himself into the street and waved to an approaching car. He finally breathed a sigh of relief when it slowed down and carefully went around his sister.

"Rooo dis." Otter stood up and held the rock to Moose with a smile. She whined when he hugged her tight, trying to squirm away from him. "Da! No! Ehhhhaa!"

"Yeah, yeah." Moose picked her up and carried the whiney teen to the sidewalk, where Fallon was quick to attach the harness on her body. "You can't go in the road."

"Dis." Otter pointed to her rock and frowned when Fallon hugged her side tight. She stared at her sister and looked back to the road. "Oh."

"Yeah!" Fallon snapped, crossing her arms. "No! No, we do not go into the road. We do not leave the yard. Okay? Okay? You can't just—"
