The 5 minutes fly by and I suddenly hear "You can go in now, Jules! Thank you for waiting baby!". I jump up and sprint into the water, trying my hardest to splash Yelena with water. Yelena laughs at my antics, using her hands to shield herself from the water thats coming her way. "Hey booger, stop that!"

Natasha watches from afar, laughing about our 'water fight'. She can't believe how lucky she is. Her own little family. Things couldn't be any better.

-------------------------------------

"Lena, Jules, It's lunch time!" Natasha yells, sitting underneath the parasol/sunshade.

"Okay Tasha!" We yell in unison. Yelena pushes me over into the water again "Race you to Natasha" She yells as she sprints off

"Hey! That isn't fair!" I splutter back as I come up again, above the water. I just hear Yelena cackling as she jumps over the waves. I stand up quickly and try to catch up to Yelena, but she is too far away. "Ha! I'm first!" Yelena says victoriously with her arms up as she sits down on the towel next to Natasha.

"No, that wasn't fair, you pushed me into the water" I whine

Yelena just shrugs her shoulders "sounds like a skill issue to me" she says while grinning

"Hey play nice" Natasha butts in. "Come here baby, let's get you dry" I send a playful scowl to Yelena when I make my way to Natasha. She holds up a towel, wraps it around me and drags me into her lap. Yelena grabs the cool box and looks for the sandwiches and some drinks.

"Booger, which sandwich do you want? We have ham and cheese, salami and a Nutella sandwich" Yelena asks with one eyebrow up.

"uhh I'll take the salami sandwich please, and don't call me booger."

"No can do, booger" She says while she throws the sandwich to me.I can barely catch it because my hands were wrapped in my towel

"Yelena, please don't throw things at my baby" Natasha lightly scolds

We eat in a comfortable silence, Yelena occasionally sharing something she sees.

"Okay Malysh, time for a bottle and a nap" Natasha says as I'm finished with my sandwich

"Wait what?" I say dumbfounded

"A bottle and a nap, babe. I don't want you getting out of our routine just because we are on vacation"

"No, I'm not hungry anymore and I'm not tired. Can't I just play again with Yelena in the water?"

"Of course you can, after your bottle and nap" Natasha says matter of factly "Can you give me the bottle Yelena?" She says while pulling the towel a bit tighter around me, so it looks something alike a swaddle. She shifts me into the crook of her elbow so I'm laying down a bit before I can even acknowledge her.

"No" I say again, trying to sit up while Yelena hands Natasha the bottle.  But again, Natasha is too fast for me and pushes me back. "Open up, babe"

Too stubborn to give in, I twist my head away, doing everything to not drink the bottle. "No-" I try to say, but before I knew, Natasha puts the tip of the bottle in my mouth and the only option I have is to start drinking.

"Good girl" Natasha says as she gives me a kiss on my forehead. She sways us gently, me in her lap.

The warm wind blowing through my hair, the waves crashing ashore, the swaying, the way the towel is wrapped around me gives me a weird sense of protection and the soft murmurs of Yelena and Natasha talking to each other lulls me into a state I have never been in. I slowly go limp into Natasha as my eyes droop close. The early morning finally catching up to me.
