The Hargreeves siblings lay scattered on the floor of the dilapidated building, the result of Five's uncontrollable time-traveling powers. Five stumbled to his feet, surveying the damage he had caused, his adoptive family was a bit injured and their belongings were strewn about.
—Oh shit —Five muttered in horror—. What the hell have I done?
—You sure did, you shitty little asshole! —Diego shouted, grabbing Five's front uniform and shaking him—. Look at what you did to us!
—Diego, stop... It's not his fault —Vanya said, trying to defuse the situation.
—You think all of this is not his fault?! —he retorted, still furious.
Five attempted to teleport away, but his powers were depleted, leaving him stranded.
—Diego, don't start —Allison said, stepping in.
—Yeah, Diego, leave him alone —Luther added, trying to mediate.
Diego shoved Five away in frustration, and Five was left standing alone.
—Okay, but where the hell are we? —Ben asked, his voice filled with confusion—. Or when...
—It looks like we're in a huge, rusty old building... —Klaus observed, looking around.
Pogo and Reginald took in the surroundings, both seemingly lost in thought.
—It seems we have some memories in here... —Pogo said, his eyes reflecting nostalgia.
—I do... —Reginald responded, then he turned to Grace—. Grace, darling, what day is it today?
—This day is March 28th, 2002 —she replied.
—Five, can you teleport us back to 2018? —Luther asked, turning to his brother.
Five, still struggling to harness his powers, shook his head.
—I can't. My powers are out of energy.
—This is why you have to be patient and wait for me! —his father scolded—. I now forbid you from time traveling again until I say so!
—What the fuck?! —he exclaimed, exasperated.
—Great, now where the hell are we supposed to live now? —Diego complained.
Reginald looked back at the rusty old building with a sense of familiarity.
—Children! —he called out—. Welcome to the New Hargreeves Mansion!
The siblings followed Reginald, but Luther stopped Five for a moment.
—I don't know what the hell was going on with you. This isn't the person we first met. Your powers may have improved, but the way you're acting has gotten worse.
—Why would I want to be a coward again? —Five replied, his frustration evident.
Luther paused, disappointed and lost in thought.
—As the leader, I'm watching you, Five...
Luther then turned and joined the others. Five, feeling a mix of anger and regret, followed reluctantly.
