"GUAGH- jeez i thought i died there!" you panted as you awoke from your elevator nap, covered in cold sweat. Recently your sleep hasn't always been the best; always meeting that stupid red eye in your dreams trying to square you up or something.
You completely DR.Retro was still there. The cat walked (Wait what) towards your direction with slight concern. "How many days has this been happening?" "I don't know. Maybe 2? 3?" you sighed in annoyance. "argh- I lost count already." you grumbled as you head over to the store to buy yourself food.
"you seem strange." DR.Retro mentioned. You chuckled as you ate your food. "well, how strange to your liking?" .
As you continued to eat your food, the cat doctor started blabbing about you, but you personally didn't care as you ate away still hugging that green squishy from the emporium floor. "This was your.. how many..th meal?" asked DR.Retro.
"Well, I lost count of that too!" you laughed as the cat became annoyed. "Fine- like my second meal?.."
Dr.Retro was genuinely shocked by that. "But its probs only been a few days right?.. HAH! Maybe even two or three!! " you continued yapping as you ignored DR.Retro.
"uaghh.. if only i could eat better food, thats BUZZKILL!!-" "Y/N, just hear me this once.". Confused, you looked towards her. "Yeswhy?"
"You think, this elevator was running for only two to three days?" you responded back. "Uh- yeah. Maybe a bit more than that. Ever since I was trapped in this elevator, I lost track of time. The places here are completely random aswell." DR.Retro wasn't really ready to tell you the truth so soon.
The elevator went silent with it's music for a calming ambience, before it was broken with the cat continuing the conversation. "13 days." "What?"
"Y/N, you have been stuck here, for 13 days."
Wait- what?
You swore to yourself that it wasn't that long that you even stayed here. But it has been 13 days this whole time? Almost 2 weeks? "But- whahuh?!?" you were confused "I swore time did not pass that fast! how-"
"The time in the regretevator is different." DR.Retro explained. "What may seem like just a few hours could be in days, and everyone who entered it realized, making them go absolutely crazy over it, and went insane." "oh."
Now that you think about it, you did realise that all in those 13 days, you only ate 2 meals in the span of almost 2 weeks, and you dont feel either hungry, tired, or malnourished. Maybe it was one of the epic things you could do with your unique body. Other than.. other stuff.
"Well that's kind of cool!!"
DR.Retro had some interest in you. "If im able to go back, would you mind me performing some check-ups on you?" "I mean- why not!"
