~ Neil's pov

Well today is a big day for me, Today I was joining Birla hospital as an executive manager. and more than me my mom was excited. right now, she is stuffing my mouth

" Eat nicely beta only then you will work hard" maa said "And yeah, don't be nervous try to stay away from your father and do your best beta" maa said by feeding me dahi cheeni (sweet yogurt)

"Maa It's not my first day at school so please Stop doing this" I said by wiping my mouth

"Anyways maa, your baby is not going to fight at the border. so you stop worrying about him anyways we all are there naa we'll take care of him" right Neil.. Bhai said with a smirk

"You all are there that's why mom is so worried" I said by hugging my mom

Seriously.. I have no interest in joining Birla hospital. I always wanted to do something on my own but I don't know what..

But still, I'm joining just for the sake of my mother.. she had heard enough taunts from Mr. Harshvardhan Birla and thaiji, that she is raising a useless son.

My mom, is the most innocent person in this world.. and she is my everything. So I didn't want them to hurt my mom anymore because of me..

On that note, I kept all my insecurities aside, took blessings from maa and left for Birla hospital.

At Birla hospital

As I cleared all the formalities, I was walking aside at the corridor checking my files suddenly someone hit my nose with a file

"Aahhh" I felt a sudden pain in my nose and I closed my eyes and screamed in pain and there she was..

Aarohi Goenka again.. what the hell yaar. I got hurt in my nose not my head.. then why is she standing here in front of me "Am I dreaming" but no, it's painful

But what is she doing here now? She called me a stalker that day.. now, she is following me or what.?

"I'm so sorry". are you okay..? She asked me with utmost concern.

But that concern in her face just vanished as she saw me "Chamgadhar" She said with amusement

"Are you still holding accounts with me? I said that day..  it was by mistake, I fell on you. but you came all the way here to take revenge on me." I said holding my nose and groaning in pain

"Well sit here.. I'll be coming in 2 minutes " she said and ran. "Did she do all this to revenge on me, she is so cruel than I thought" I said and rubbed my nose and there was blood in my fingers

Blood!! I screamed and Aarohi came back running with first aid and an ice pack. So she came back to help me. "She is not so cruel" I thought internally

She sat beside me, and wiped my blood with cotton balls. as she touched my nose I felt good. but I screamed, not wanting her to know that I'm enjoying it

"Don't shout like a baby I didn't even do anything" she said without looking at me still concentrating on my bleeding nose

As the bleeding stopped she gently placed an ice pack on my nose and the pain slowly subsidised.. she has magic in her hands.  I thought

As she stood there and I was still holding the ice pack. I suddenly realised that I should thank her but she interrupted me..

"What are you doing here.? Don't tell me.. did you follow me all the way till my workplace.?" She asked me with anger now

Seriously,  this girl is always in anger. it's like she carries it in her pocket

"Do you work here?"  I asked, realising that she said it's her workplace

"And why should I answer you huh..!"she snapped at me

Well because I'm the executive manager here and you are answerable to me Ms. Aarohi Goenka. This time I snapped at her with the same attitude

Her expressions changed as I said that but to maintain her sassy image, she pointed out my mistake. "well Dr.Aarohi Goenka." She said proudly. "And yeah, I'm appointed as an intern here." she said with the same sassy tone

"What the fucking coincidence"I thought in my mind

"Well then, congratulations Dr. Aarohi Goenka." I said by raising my hand for an handshake

"first you hold the ice pack properly." she said.  and I felt rejected

"Wait.. why did you hit my nose?"  I asked ignoring her help which she did before and I enjoyed that

"Well.. I didn't notice that you were coming and.."  she stammered and that was my chance and I grabbed the offer

"This is what happened in the resort. as you didn't notice me and hit my nose, The same way I didn't notice you were coming and I accidentally fell on you."  I said without even leaving a breath

And now I'm relieved that finally I cleared my point of view which I never got to do..

"Well.. you  fell on me,  being half naked. what explanation you will give me for that..?"  She asked and left me speechless 😶

"Anyways, I forgot about that incident and it'll be better for you to forget that too. I hope you will at least behave professionally here."  She said and left from there

Ahhh..! Why can't I win from her in talking.. she is always a step ahead of me

But for the first time she cared for me she treated my nose.. she touched my nose for the first time and I was feeling different

Ahh.. Neil.. she is a doctor and it's her job. Don't develop anything for her.. she is way different from you and yeah she is definitely not your type. So stop thinking about her. I said to myself and went towards the administrative block
