Daddy Ross pov

   "Heja..that guy is crazy inlove with you.." I said to my daughter.

   "And so.?" Pataray nyang sagot,saka humigop ng kape.
  "Daddy im sure you did not come here to convince me to entertain Khen right."? Dudang tanong nya matapos ibaba ang maliit na tasa.Umiling ako and im getting nervous.Paano ko ba sasabihin na binigyan ko na ng approval si Khen.

   "No heja..i dont want to force you of something you dont like..an..d .."  Hindi pa ako tapos magsalita  but this kid cut me off.

    "Dad! I dont like Khen okay?..im not interested and im pretty sure that you notice that already.!" Prangkang pahayag nya.its true wala akong nakitang kahit kunti na interesado sya kay Khen.
   "Do we have something more to talk."? Coz there are cases i needed to work on dad." Hirit nanaman nya halatang iretabli na.I didnt answer her..kaya tumayo na sya at naglakad patungo sa table nya at iniayos ang mga papel sa mesa.

   "Honestly...Becky anak i think i should tell you this.." Tumayo na din ako at sumunod sa kanya.
   "And Im pretty sure your not gonna like what im about to say.." She immediately stop what  shes doing at tiningnan ako ng diretso.Ilang minuto pang hindi ako umimik nag dadalawang isip pa ako na sabihin sa kanya.Her face seems impatient.

  "Oh come on please tell me already.?!"  Sabay hagis ng makapal na papel sa mesa.

  "Okay..you'll eventually know it anyway.I ahm.. i already told Khen that he could court you." I said with my nervous tone.

  
  "Whaatt.??" Biglang napataas ang boses nya.

   "I cant believe it..!"  Nagulat ako sa pag hampas nya sa mesa.That was a bit strong alam kung nasaktan ang kamay nya..but my daughter doesnt seem to care.She just turn her back at me.Nakatingin sya ngayon sa labas through the glass wall.
When i mention Rachel about that she had the same reactions with Becky too.I felt so guilty when i realize what i have done.

  "Should i be the one who will decide on that matter dont you think dad.?".  Nakatalikud pa rin sya sa akin pero mahinahon na kunti ang boses nya.

   "I know Heja..pero hindi ba ito dapat ang tamang ginagawa ng mga lalaki?This is a respectful way..Asked the parents permission first right."?  At Humarap sya sa akin.

   "You could answer No.! I dont know.! or do the right way dad! ill ask my daughter first?or you could say.. i wont give you my approval unless becky will approve to it!Hindi ba dapat yan ang tamang ginagawa ng magulang sa anak.?".  Pasumbat na turan nya sa akin.And thats hurt me big time.She has a point.

   "I wasnt thi.nking im so so sorry.I wa..s maybe excited tha.t day? first time in my life the man asked a permission for my daughter.." Taranta kung sagot.

Well Marami kasi akong alam na mga binatang lawyer na nagkagusto sa anak ko,kaya lang takot na agad sila.I never seen my daughter friendly to anyone kahit pati sa mga relatives namin.She doesnt smile often.She has only one emotion which is fierce. Somehow i thought it was my fault kasi noon hindi ko masyado pinapa expose si Becky kahit na kanino dahil sa sobrang kahigpitan ko.But the good thing is she remain respectful.

I saw Becky trying to calm herself.Maybe she doesnt want to argue with me anymore..baka ayaw nyang balikan ang mga nakaraang hinanakit nya sa akin.Bumuntong huminga muna sya ng napakalalim saka nagsalita.
