Next morning went fast. We woke up and washed our faces. Elaine wanted to try our face cleanser....didn't work well. Got it in her eyes and we had to come up with crazy fun jokes to distract her from crying while washing her eyes.
Now we are in our PJs eating some pancakes. My mom is making our coffee. We are drinking some orange juice for now.
" You girls have any plans for today?" Mom asks while seating down with her coffee. I'll drink mine later.
"I searched something that we could do. But Ella said there is a firework show tonight closer to the foot of the Castle where that small lake is at." I tell her.
"That sounds like something fun. Oh and Lilly," I shove a fork full of pancake with syrup in my mouth lifting my head to her. "Shew. Now, the other thing from yesterday. It's going good and I'm bringing him in later today for questioning. Damon contacted Alec and said he will be there as well." She takes a sip of her coffee. "He has questions of his own." Not surprised really. He seemed really stressed in a way, yesterday when he and Elliot left.
"Well if it's something that I need to know comes up, message me." I won't be the only one that will need to know anything useful anyways. I'll be asking Daniel for some help.
"I know. Now I need to shower and dress for work. I'll see you girls later." We say bye and finish our food.
"You are staying tonight too or going home after the show?" I ask Ella.
Putting the dishes in the dishwasher and heading upstairs to shower as well and choose a nice outfit for later.
"Going home. I have a date with Daniel tomorrow morning." She looked happy with her little smile. Good for them.
"Okay. I hope you guys have a lot of fun." I tell her. "Elaine, take your jeans out, your long sleeved light green shirt, the boots and the short coat we brought yesterday. Live it on top of the drawer. We going to use it for tonight." She happily does as she is told. Me and Ella choose ours as well. I let her borrow a coat. We both choose a lighter look. I don't feel the cold as much this days, so I pick one with a skirt. Ella with pants. It's going to be dark. We need to see some of each other. You know?
