The following week, Harry saw students carrying newspapers with the following titles.

Umbridge suspended and investigation pending, Potter and Dumbledore vindicated! Fudge resigns? Hogwarts reinstated.

It was clear to them all that they'd finally gotten word out and everyone was now aware of their impending doom, but at what cost?

Y/n hadn't woken up yet and they'd not seen her since the incident. No one knew what could happen to her and the constant debate was her living or dying. It was like she'd transfigured into Shrodinger's Cat.

A/N: Where my intellectual people who know this at?

Every time any one who experienced the 9th of June was on the receiving end of a billion eyes on them, wherever they were seen, be it in class or out in the Wizarding World. They were practically celebrities and now heroes instead of liars.

Dumbledore had gotten word to Harry that a pardon for Sirius was pending and he wouldn't have to worry soon.

Still, his every thought was focused on Y/n. He could rarely sleep at night, hoping she'd live.

It didn't help that the 10th was spent of Daniel nearly killing him and Rolf, he eventually forgave them by the end of the day, realising what they'd all been through.

Harry stood by his bed, last day of school. He packed and packed to leave until he found one of Y/n's hoodies that she'd stolen from him. It didn't smell like him anymore, it smelt of her perfume, the shampoo he always saw her buy, a waft of her sarcasm and her lip-gloss.

He held it close to him, knowing how badly he wanted her, not even to be with him, just to be there, awake, happy.

He walked down the corridor, later that morning until he came across Luna, pinning up some parchment with writing on it.

"Hey Luna," Harry said.

"Oh hey Harry," She said dreamily, "I'm sorry about Y/n by the way, we all are. We miss her so much but I think she'll come back, she always does,"

"thanks," He replied, "I agree. What are you doing there?"

"Oh-,"

Suddenly Harry heard Hermione and Ron screaming his name.

"Sorry," Harry apologised and walked over to the noise, they seemed incredibly excited and bounded over to him.

"It's great news Harry, not the best but it's a start!" Hermione smiled and rattled on.

"What's going on?" Harry asked.

"It's Y/n," Ron said, "Hermione read it,"

Hermione nodded and pulled out a letter from Lupin.

"Came this morning," She smiled, "You should have one but you haven't been to the owlery have you?"

Harry shook his head, "Go on,"

"Right of course!" Hermione unfolded it and began to read, "Dear Hermione, we've sent similar letters to Daniel, Harry and Ron but we wanted you to know too. The healers at St Mungo's Hospital had noticed a significant pick up in her brain activity and sent us to visit her, obviously the activity is increasing over time and we think it probable she should wake up soon. That's why today, they've allowed you three, us, Sirius and Daniel to visit her, in the hopes that she should wake up soon. Don't get too excited though, it's likely that she will take time in recovering and she probably won't recognize you straight away, rest assures, she will eventually and her strength is improving her. You will leave Hogwarts at 1pm via floo to St Mungo's and you can see her then. Your stuff will be taken to Grimmauld Place and you all can arrive there when you please. See you later, Remus and Tonks!"
