⋆˖˚Jennie's POV .𖥔 ݁ ˖

My head is throbbing from this hangover. I know I drank a lot last night. The only thing I clearly remember is when we started partying in the living room, it was a blast. But everything after that, all the conversations, is just a blur.

Jungkook isn't beside me when I wake up. I don't know how I ended up well-dressed and still feeling fresh, even though my head feels like it's about to explode. I notice a hangover supplement and a peppermint tea on the side cabinet. I pick up the supplement and drink it with the tea. That's when I notice a note that must've fallen when I grabbed the tea.

"Good morning, gorgeous. I'll be in the main house. Call me if you need anything," I read the note.

"He's so sweet," I mumble with a smile.

After finishing the tea, I lie back down. I don't have the energy to get up and go out. They'll understand if I stay in for a while since we still have a few days left to make the most of our time here. I let myself get lost in my thoughts, reflecting on everything that's happened this year.

Earlier this year, we had a virtual concert for our previous album. It was fun and exciting, but nothing compares to having the fans right there in front of you. I'm really looking forward to our next album, especially since it's been postponed for so many reasons.

I've had many solo activities this year, including campaigns, photoshoots, and local endorsements for brands like Hera, Chanel, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Samsung Galaxy, Chum Churum, Gentle Monster, and such. Some of these are already completed, while others are still upcoming. And that's not even including all the group activities we've done together.

As Blackpink, we celebrated all our birthdays together this year, though we only invited family and close friends. As a group, we didn't release new music, but we've been making content and celebrating all our milestones. When it came to J-Hope and Suga's birthdays, they invited us, but we didn't go, so we're pretty clueless about their celebrations, knowing how busy they've been. Still, we sent gifts and greetings.

BTS, despite their packed schedules, they still found time to relax here and there. They've released a few new tracks that dominated both local and international charts and have attended several events and award shows. Jungkook might not realize how busy they are because he's enjoying it all, but I'm very aware of how hectic things are for them. They're too popular for anyone not to notice.

We're also approaching Blackpink's fifth anniversary, and we already have a packed schedule of activities. That's why I'm taking the time to rest and recharge before we dive into everything. Though, I know I'll have a lot to explain to Yang-nim when we get back. I'm ready for the scolding.

I feel like everything is happening even before I can grasp it, it's like it's just flashing by. I am enjoying all of it, but it feels too fast, especially with my current situation with Jungkook. Everything feels light and, at the same time, wrong. Everything is moving so quickly that I can't even imagine how it happened.

My impulsiveness has put me in a situation where my heart and mind are not functioning properly; I am too content to think rationally. Despite having a lot on my mind, I fell back to sleep after allowing myself to reflect on what has happened so far.

"Unnie, she's still sleeping," a high-pitched voice said.

"Then wake her up. She didn't eat breakfast or lunch," a deeper voice retorted.

"Aight, fine... Jennie-unnie, wake up. It's late," Rosé said, I could tell by her voice.

"I'm awake, I can hear you too," I answered with half-open eyes.
