Yes, it's true. I'm going to be self-publishing a book. It won't be any of the ones on here... (sorry 14 and pregnant fans:P)
I'm writing a new book, one which i'm very excited about and truly happy to be writing. At this point, I've only been writing for a couple of days, so I'm not going to give any information about the title or the plot or anything like that because I've already changed things a couple of times and i'd rather be positive about what it is before i give a ton of information.. I will say it's going to be a contemporary young adult fiction novel.
I plan to self-publish through amazon, so it will be available on kindle. The good thing about that is that you don't actually have to have a kindle to be able to get the book. If you have a smart phone, a computer (pc, mac, or any other brand), or ipad, you can download the app and you'll be able to read :) At this point, I'm not planning on doing a paperback version, however I may change my mind down the road.. As for pricing, that's something else I'm not sure of... I definitely don't want to price it super high (anything above $5) so i'm leaning towards $2.99 which, in my opinion is a reasonable price...
I do plan on making a new "book" on here just to give updates and information as i go... and once i get that put up i'll leave a link either in the comments or a different chapter on this book...Also, there may be points where I'll want your guys' opinions on something (book cover, title, that sorta stuff) so make sure to check that out :)
I don't have a planned release date yet, but i'm hoping sometime between september and october... Once I get the first draft done, I will set a final date and I'll let you know when I get that done!
