7:29 am
Noa Nixon.
Hogwarts.
Great Hall.

I woke up in a jump.
For a moment I thought I was late but I wasn't .
I had just slept through the night. A trickle of drool ran down my chin, and my body felt numb.
I then rubbed my eyes and prepared for the day. I had washed and had to completely struggle with my tie to try to get it on correctly, to no avail; it had come loose at the knot, and I didn't have the slightest desire to ask someone to do it again.

So I was sitting on a bench in the
Large room at the
Slytherins table, obviously. Alice was at the end of the table, talking with another girl and on the arm of a boy. My gaze rested on the glass in front of me. I drank its contents before looking at the person who came to sit next to me. It was Parkinson, she was also dressed and had her hair up in a ponytail. I was grabbing a yogurt in front of me when she started talking to me.

"Professor Umbridge said that she wants to see you in her office." The brunette took a pastry from her right hand.

"Did she tell you the time? " I asked while opening my yogurt.

"I told her that schedules weren't what you respected the most."

"More than her class, yes." I noticed

Pansy looked at me before looking at Draco and his gang, who had just arrived in the room

" And what did she say?"
I continued without me new arrivals
Pansy didn't answer me, she was obsessed with the prefect of the Slytherin house.

It's true that they went to the Goblet of Fire dance together in fourth year. I knew she was in love but not to that extent.Waving my hand in front of his eyes, I tried to continue my conversation.

" Hello earth to Pansy?"
Malfoy's gang was getting closer to us, the brunette still didn't answer me.

"Pansy Parkinson, can you tell me what the old skin told you to tell me?"I was now snapping my fingers in front of her eyes. Malfoy, Crab and Goyle sat across from us. The brunette turned her head to look at me.

"She told me you could come after school today."

"I'll go after I'm done with breakfast." I swallowed a mouthful of my yogurt.

Pansy nodded before starting to speak with Malfoy. She giggled a lot, and laughed at the arrogant remarks the blond made. This situation annoyed me quite quickly. After finishing my yogurt I got up and returned to the common room. I had an hour left before classes started. So I decided to go back to my
bedroom.

I walked along, for the second
times this week the corridor leading to
the Defense Against the Dark Arts room. I was going to visit my favorite teacher: Dolores Umbridge. The wooden door rose in front of me. It was around one in the afternoon, I hoped the teacher had finished eating. My hand rested on the round black iron handle.

I turned her around and walked back into the classroom. The desks were empty and the board was not filled with inscriptions. The room seemed new.
It was a strange feeling to see it empty. I headed towards the white stone staircase, behind the teacher's office. Automatically, I moved my legs to reach the top of this staircase and arrive in front of another wooden door. I didn't look at the empty classroom from the balcony at the top of the stairs and knocked on the door.

The handle was the same as the one at the classroom entrance.
The latter also opened. The door creaked and I entered Dolores Umbridge's office. The latter was pink. The walls were pink, the floor was pink, the curtains were pink. My teacher's outfit was too.
The latter was writing a letter on a wooden desk. Plates hung on the walls.
They were white in the background, but in the foreground, cats were moving and watching their mistress work.
The teacher seemed to really like pink and cats. I slowly approached his office. She raised her head, her blue eyes pierced my being. A shiver ran down my spine. The woman told me to sit on one of the wooden chairs, covered with cushions - pink of course - placed in front of her desk. I carried out her order.

The teacher stared at me, I didn't know what to do or say. I tapped my fingers on hand. A knot had formed in my stomach. I was probably going to get a detention, I just hoped that it wouldn't be on the level of the one that Gilderoy Lokhart had inflicted on me. In second grade, I had to sort through letters from his fans because I hadn't bought the right version of one of his books.
Umbridge put down her quill and turned over the paper she was previously writing on. I looked around, one of the cats painted on a plate was staring at me. I refocused on
Shady. She took a breath then took out a new sheet of parchment, took her quill again, and while writing she said to me:

"You will be in detention  tomorrow at six o'clock in the evening. You will give this paper to Professor Snape."

The professor wrapped a ribbon - red which surprised me - around the parchment she had just rolled, then handed me the paper. I grabbed it and stood up. When I arrived at the door, the teacher spoke again.

"How's you're mother?"
she asked

I tensed up, what did she want from my mother? I turned to the teacher, put on the most beautiful smile and answered her.

"She is doing very well."

The teacher nodded, I turned around and walked out of the office. All I had to do was see Snape. That was good, I had Potions class Today.
