I hear the buzzing sound of the door opening. Mona gets up and waits in front of the door for me. We go to breakfast together, and sit with Miles, Twelve and Liam, like the past few days. Except that, with them, sit two other people. There's one girl and one boy. The girl has straight, red hair that reaches to a little bit under her chin. Her grey eyes soften the hardness of her features. The boy's hair is blonde, his eyes ice blue. "

Ah, I've been told there's new one." That seems to be his greeting. I sit down opposite to them, beside me Mona and Twelve.

"You've been told?"

"I didn't know before, I wasn't here when you arrived."

"You weren't here? Where were you?"

"You know, tests and all that." Actually I do not know. Before I can ask further, he asks me what my name is. I tell him my name and he gives me his. His name is Logan. The girl beside him has been quiet the whole time. She's staring me down though. I'm not sure how to react, so I don't. I look down at my tray. The boy--Logan--nods toward her. "That's Natalie."

She doesn't even look up when he says her name, instead she stirs something in a bowl. I wonder what her power might be. Can some people have the same powers? or does everyone have different ones?

It's still... weird, that the people here can... do these things. Including me. I don't know if I'll ever get used to this.

"So, I'm hearing you like to mess with Nelson." Logan says. My face blushes at the thought that the might be talking about me when I'm not there. He laughs when I don't answer. "That's cool."

He suddenly stands up and... Wow, he's tall. He's much taller than me, and, I hadn't realized that before, but he's built very broadly. He's not this kind of super broad, but his shoulders are wider than Liam's and Twelve's and Miles's. He walks away, probably to get something else to eat. When Natalie notices me watching him, her stare gets even more intense. She looks like she would want to throw that bowl in front of her at my head. I mean, she looked like that before, but now? She seems to hate me. WHat have I done that she hates me? Are she and Logan maybe together? Did she think I was staring at him like I want something from him? Or maybe she likes him. I look away from her, but I can't help from looking one more time in Logan's direction. His eyes fall on me the exact same moment my gaze is on him. He smiles at me and i quickly look away. Although he's standing behind Natalie, I'm afraid she'll dislike me even more for it.

It makes it even worse when Logan is back and start to talk to me. "You've had training yet?"

I don't want to be mean, but I also don't want to upset Natalie, so I answer him, nice but short. "Yeah, but only one time."

"You could use more." Twelve mutters.

"Hey!" I notice the smirk that appears on Natalies face when he says that but i choose to ignore it, and turn towards him. "That's so mean! Admit it, I was getting better in the end."

"Oh, yeah, from worst to worse."

"I hope it hurt a lot when you hit that wall." I tell him.

"Mhm", Logan interrupts, "So Twelve helped you train, that must've been fun."

"Oh, it was, wasn't it, Lorelai?" I'm not used to him calling me by my name, that'll probably stay like this forever.

"Super fun, especially the part where you were thrown against a wall." I say, smiling.

"I liked the part when you you fell onto the floor. Again and again. That was really fun." He doesn't even look like he's joking.

"I believe you think that." I scoff.
