*CHAPTER POEM*

In hallways where laughter lingers,
Amid chalk-dust and rustling pages,
We meet with shy, unspoken smiles,
Our hearts in a quiet bloom of stages.

Your glance, a spark, quick as light,
In stolen moments, just out of sight.
Beneath the banyan's shaded leaves,
I wonder what your silence believes.

You sit two rows ahead of me,
Yet, I hear every breath you take.
Each word you speak feels like a dream,
A pulse, a rhythm, my heart can't shake.

The world is loud, but you're the calm,
A gentle rain after summer's storm.
As friends tease and the bell chimes on,
Our story begins in the quiet, warm.

We’re not in love, but we’re getting close,
In scribbled notes and shared hopes.
The distance between us, paper-thin,
A secret waiting to begin.

For now, we stay in this in-between,
Where every glance feels like a dream.
Not quite a couple, but not just friends
Two hearts writing where the silence ends.

Next day of the science fair arrived. The whole school was buzzing with excitement.

The judges were scanning the models, each one better than the other. Their eyes were sharp and expressions cold.

One of them walked over to Atharv and Khushi's robotic hand.

"Robotic hand, What are it's function may I know?" He asked, his tone professional.

"Sir it's an interactive AI model. It works on speech on command. It can lift as much as 40 kg and can even assemble primary things like puzzles." Atharv stated , his tone straight and showcasing confidence.

The judge looked at it skeptically, his hand hovering over the hand.

"A robotic hand is a protagonist modular system and has 6 main compartments, what are they?" The judge asked further, his question now directed towards Khushi.

Khushi frowned her brows.

"Sir, a robotic hand is a antagonist modular system and it has 5 --"

"Are you trying to teach me robotics young lady." The judged said, his tone carrying a note of anger and mockery.

"I am sorry sir, If my words felt disrespectful, but a robotic hand does have 5 compartments , Sensors, actions, body, feedback and power supply." Khushi pressed on, she kept her ground. She had confidence in what she studied and didn't let her feel intimidated by others.

Atharv's face hung low, as he looked at her in disbelief, fearing that the judge may have a wrong impression on them.

After a minute of silence. The judge chuckled lightly making both of them confused.
