Tears filled my eyes as soon as I saw the BMW car that dad called for me
I sat into it having a second thought
I just want to disappear and be back to my mom.

Why am I even here..
Words didn't seem to come in my head as the car made its way from the airport to his house. The thought that I would have to face dad today excites and traumatises me.

He left us when my little brother was born..he said he didn't want family and wants to built a empire of his own.

He supported us financially but never emotionally.
It was always me and mom taking care of harsh.
All this while where was he?
And now he suddenly needs me
My mom didn't have a option..she had to send me here
She can't go against my father.
She was a teen when she had me.
When her family came to know that she was pregnant at 19.
My dad was 19 at that time.
Her family abandoned her and dad was her only support.

She said that dad was a nice person
But never had any answers when I asked why he left.
It was always
"He wanted to be independent and built his empire"

Independent? Without family.?
I grew up thinking my dad was making a future for me ..well actually.
My mum said he is making a future for both me and harsh.
Making a future while ruining our childhood..?

I was drifted into real world when I heard the driver scream at a old lady

Apparently while I was overthinking and
Bringing out all the possibilities that could happen with me.

A old lady came and she was trying to cross the road but she failed and came in front of the car and dropped her groceries
And now the driver is screaming at her because she is "wasting" his time.

She was looking like royalty but with no guards
She was well dressed with simple jewels.
But she looked so like powerful lady yet very weak.

I got out of the car wearing a mask because my dad said so..no idea why..he said it's for my safety

When I got out the old lady looked at me with hope that I"ll save her

I"ll help her because I don't why I hate people who yell just to prove there superiority.

I walked to the driver and said confidently raising my eyebrows.

"Whats happening here"

"Mam this lady is wasting our time and not picking up her groceries"

I looked at the lady and then at the driver
"Are you blind she is clearly very weak how do you expect her to do that?
And do you treat and yell at your mom like this?"

I took a pause and saw the drivers face drop

"Go sit in the car" I said loudly that the driver flinched.

After the driver went I started picking up
Her groceries while she just looked me

I gave her groceries and lovingly asked her.

"Are you fine dadi maa and i apologize to you for this rude behaviour"
