Scott McCall and Kira Yukimura had been kidnapped by none other than Kate Argent. Lydia and Deaton had figured out that they had been taken to Mexico, and based on their last trip, Ophelia doubts that Kate is taking them sightseeing. Stiles had begged to her come along and tell his dad their plans to go find their friends because in his opinion, Noah Stilinski is too scared of her to tell her no.
The Sheriff slams the door to his office and whirls around to his son. "You are not going to Mexico," he hisses, pinning the boy with a glare so strong that Stiles shuffles closer to his friend beside him.
Ophelia turns to look at him. She never thought it was going to work in the first place. "Dad, Scott and Kira have been kidnapped and taken to Mexico," Stiles reminds him seriously. "Okay? I think that's a pretty good reason for a trip to Mexico."
Noah walks around to his desk and plants his hands on top of it. "Okay." He inhales a deep breath. "Even if Deaton is right about this..."
"Sadly, he is," Ophelia confirms. "Freya did a locator spell." Stiles vigorously nods.
"Even if Deaton is right about this," he repeats. "The best thing to do is to go through the proper channels."
