💨~Daughter Like Father~💨

"I'm so tired of daddy! Always telling me, 'be slow', and 'slow down or time will pass you by'!" 5 year old Gabby Green complained to her mother, (Y/n), who held a rolling pin in her hands with an understanding and knowing smile. She shook her head with a small laugh. "What's so funny?! He says slow and steady wins the race, but the winner is obviously the fastest!"

"Gabby, your daddy was once like you." You attempted to say, but she grunted.

"No because if he was then he'd understand that-" Gabby began to say, Gage Green himself arriving to enter the conversation, which he had been listening to this whole time.

"The faster the better?" Gabby crossed her arms and nodded as her dad finished her sentence. He knelt to her level and you watched with a grin, finding him being a father super attractive. "Gabs, I know what I am telling you. You think speed is all good now, but it's not." She pouted and expressively moved her hands around as she started to explain her point of view.

"Yeah but dad, I can get everything done when I'm fast, AND isn't it great to have all your chores done?! Then I can play video games, and guitar, faster!" Gabby said, Gage considering her statement before sighing and putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah but you don't get it done as efficiently. And you burn yourself out." He responded, making her hum as she thought of another response.

"Yeah but-"

"Gabby." He sternly said, standing up. "From now on I want you to do everything 100%, and not fast. Just for a week." As he said this, she furrowed her eyebrows and groaned, running up to her room. "She gets that from you." He said as he looked towards you, putting his hand on his hips, almost manifesting his dad. He said he would never, but he did; he became his father.

"No she doesn't." You immediately retorted.

"Yeah she does." He walked away after he responded.

"The speed, Gage?" You asked with a sarcastic tone.

"No (Y/n), the attitude."
