*A FEW WEEKS LATER*

"Ava, Declan, let's go!" Zayn called at the bottom of the stairs. Ava and Declan ran down the stairs with their book bags, Zayn handed them their lunch boxes and watched them run out to the bus stop. He watched the kids get on the bus before he closed the door. It's been six weeks since Liam, Declan, and Trinity moved in with Zayn and Ava and they've become a family. Zayn was able to register Declan in school and Trinity often went to daycare, but other times she would either stay home with Liam when he's off or be with Zayn's mum at her house. Patricia Malik was proud of her son after he explained to her the situation and seeing the way Zayn treated them, she could see that her son was developing feelings for Liam before either of them realized. Zayn went upstairs to Ava and Trinity's room, he smiled at Trinity"hi sweetie, you want to spend some time with me today?" Trinity nodes got up from the floor, Zayn picked her up and kissed her cheek, making her giggle. He gave her a shower and dressed her, he locked up and they walked to the diner. On his days off, Zayn would try to spend as much time with each kid, he didn't want any of them to feel left out or unloved. He opened the door to the diner and greeted his customers"DADA!" Trinity screamed when she saw Liam. She startled Liam, making him drop the plates he was carrying. Zayn made her sit in a booth while he went to help Liam pick up the food from the floor. As they were cleaning, they both went to reach for the same piece of French toast and their hands touch, the spark was still there. The janitor came out and cleaned the rest. Zayn looked at Liam"take a break and join us." Liam nodded. Zayn ordered some food for the three of them then sat down with Liam and Trinity. He smiled at the father and daughter, Liam looked up and saw Zayn smiling, he blushed and looked back at his daughter. He couldn't deny his attraction for the older lad, but he wouldn't risk anything; he had no idea if Zayn played for the other team and if he did, he wouldn't want him...or at least that's what Liam thought.
