"𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 phone!?" The older boy spat out, anger lacing in his tone as he looked heartlessly at his girlfriend.

Lorelai remained silent, looking into the eyes of the man she once thought she could change.

He was drunk and she could tell which honestly wasn't a surprise to the pop singer as he was always drunk.

She just hated how cold his eyes were. She hated how he looked at her because it made her feel insecure.

So as she watched him look her up and down, she nervously wrapped her arms around her, trying to finding comfort within her own warmth.

"I asked you a question." He sternly spoke up, getting irritated by the second.

His glare became harsher and Lorelai just wished he would turn around and walk away.

"Just a friend." She softly said, the tone in her voice being the complete opposite of Theo's.

Theodore scoffed and looked around the room. "Right, sure." He muttered to himself before he raised his voice again, startling the girl. "It's always just a fucking friend!"

"I'm not lying!" She exclaimed, her voice gradually getting louder. "I was talking to my friend!"

"What? The one you posted on your instagram story to show everyone how much of a slut you are?" Theo yelled, making the girl flinch and look down.

The brunette girl pushed away the tears that were fighting to drop. It was the first time he had actually ever called her a 'slut' and it hurt. It hurt because it came from the man that was supposed to love her.

But she was used to this and she knew he didn't love her, so why was she so affected by the word?

Maybe because a part of her thought it was true and therefore she guilty for wanting someone who wasn't Theodore?

"We're just friends, okay. He doesn't mean anything to me." The girl finally looked back up at the older boy, completely lying about not caring for Nicholas, because she did.
