'Is it normal around this area to snow this much?' The minty white haired slayer thought as she carefully walked around the place where her mission is located, however there's nothing weird about the area aside from the heavy fall of snow.
Heavy gust of wind together with the falling snow hits Kirie's masked face as she walked slowly while observing the area. It's silent, a pile of snow everywhere, tree's around the area bending a bit because of the wind...
'I've been here before but as far as I remember this place isn't this cold, and there wasn't supposed to be a pile of snow around the area!' The young observant slyer thought while still looking around, her left hand placed below her forehead, protecting her from the wind and snow while looking for anything strange or out of the place aside from the snowy weather.
Kirie stopped advancing as she sensed the demon lurking around, it's probably stronger than the other demons she have faced so far, but nothing she can't defeat. Just a few seconds later ice spikes attacked her in which she barely dodged because of the heavy pile of snow beneath her feet.
She paid no mind to her bleeding neck as she takes a defensive stance instead of making any immediate move towards the hiding demon. On the contrary, she kept herself calm as she locate the demon.
The demon in hiding was alarmed the moment she held the hilt of her sword as multiple ice spikes attacked her which she dodged in time before disappearing in thin air and in one swift moment the pile of snow and the heavy gust of wind was cleared by her tremendous speed as she appeared right in front of the demon.
"Lower moon four, I see...," Kirie hummed monotonously as she saw how the demon's eyes widen in shock and fear.
'N-no! This can't be! I didn't know that she's a Hashira! She even parry the speed of that of a demon! I wouldn't even be shock if she can parry the speed of upper moons! N-no! I have to run away! Immediately!' The demon thought in a panic as she quickly stepped back and throw multiple large ice spikes at the young slayer.
"Are you going to run away? I like your horns though, it's a shame that I can't keep it as a souvenir," obviously the minty white haired kid was trying to get under the demons skin as her tone starts sounding like a mockery.
"Y-yoU! DaMn HAsHirA!!" The horned demon gritted her teeth in anger as she stopped. "Blood Demon Art! Freezing Blizzard!" She raised her hand as the heavy gust of wind and the heavy snow fall returned, blinding the young slayer.
'So this is the demon who attacked that village? No wonder there's no blood spluttered everywhere, I'm guessing she freezes her victims before devouring them slowly, in that case the victim won't be able to fight back and blood won't be spread everywhere during the meal. I'll admit she's a clean eater but she's a coward...' Kirie scoff mentally while dodging multiple attacks from above before jumping high up after sensing a block of ice intending to swallow her.
After sending more large ice spikes to the demon hunter, the demon tempted to run away hoping that her multiple attacks can keep the masked slayer busy for a minutes. But unfortunately for her...
"Just to clarify things, I'm not a Hashira," Kirie whispered coldly from behind the demon as she pierced it's nape with her sword. "Death Breathing: 4th form: Agonizing Pierce..." her stab from behind was followed by multiple stabs from body to the neck causing the demon to scream in agonizing pain.
"N-no! A-AAHhHhhhhhhHhh! YOu LyInG BitCh! ThErE'S No Way yOu'Re not A HaSh-" the demon was cut off when she turned into a dust as the pile of snow together with the heavy gust of wind and snow fall disappeared.
Multiple frozen body was revealed and a few demon slayers who are conscious enough to witness the battle that sent shivers down their spine, for they haven't seen anyone killed a demon like that, not even the known Hashira.
"A-ano..." A female slayer who's still shivering from being caged by ice approached the minty white haired young slayer. "Thank you for saving us!" The senior slayer bowed.
"Right, we owe you our life," said another one as he bowed, following the gesture of the other one.
"Thank you, Hashira-sama!" Another one bowed with exaggeration.
Just as the young slayer is getting overwhelmed by the thanks and bows her companion arrived just on time, scaring other slayers at how the albino raven looks dignified and silent, adding up the aura it carries as the raven spoke.
"Suzuki-sama... I've informed the nearest wisteria house and also called the Kakushi's in advance," reported by Kirie's companion with a deep sounding voice, making the slayers gulp, probably because they are used seeing a violent and loud crow.
"Thank you. Good job, Yukimaru," hummed the masked slayer as she pats the white raven before turning around to her demon slayer comrades. "And just to clear up things, I'm not a Hashira, then I'll go ahead. Please look out for the others while waiting for the kakushis," and with that she disappeared out of thin air.
"She's not a hashira?" a slayer thought out loud.
"Yet I guess," added by another who's treating the other unconscious slayers.
...
"Why did you correct those slayers, if I may ask?" The albino asked his companion as he flew by her side.
"Hm? I mean I'm not a Hashira, am I?" The girl just shrugged at her companion.
"That makes sense but,... where are we going exactly?"
"In truth. I don't know either."
"What?..." The raven seems to have frozen, metaphorically."Well, I actually asked something from the Master back then and he sent me that crow," the young slayer pointed at the crow up above who seems to be rather too proud of herself to lower herself and fly by their side.
"Young crows these days..." The raven sighs.
"You talk like an old human, are you sure you didn't got curse or got reincarnated as a raven?" asked by the minty white haired slayer who looks at her companion through her mask.
"As if you're one to talk," the raven huffed.
