The sun gently filtered through the bedroom curtains, illuminating their faces. Harper slowly opened her eyes, feeling the warmth of Aiden's body next to hers. He was still asleep, breathing peacefully, and for a moment, Harper allowed herself to stay there, watching him, savoring the quietness of the moment.

Aiden began to stir, waking up little by little. Without fully opening his eyes, he wrapped his arms around Harper and pulled her closer, mumbling something in his sleep that made Harper smile.

"Good morning," Harper murmured, her voice soft and hoarse from sleep.

"Hmm... not so fast," Aiden whispered in a low voice, kissing her neck gently. "I'm not ready for it to be daytime yet."

Harper let out a small laugh, feeling at peace in that moment. The outside world didn't matter in their little haven.

"We could stay here all day," Harper suggested, snuggling closer to him, resting her head on his chest.

Aiden smiled, feeling the warmth of her skin as he gently stroked her back.

"Doesn't sound bad," he replied, before kissing her again, this time on the lips, slowly, as if they had all the time in the world.

The kiss deepened, and both of them got lost in the sensation of being with each other. Their hands began to explore again, with slow, tender, and desire-filled movements.

After what felt like hours, Harper sighed with satisfaction and let herself fall back onto the bed. Aiden, propped up on one elbow, looked at her with that charming smile that always disarmed her.

"If we keep this up, we won't leave the bed all day," Harper said with a playful smile.

Aiden looked at her for a moment, his eyes gleaming with a mischievous spark before letting out a mock sigh.

"Okay, but only because I want to show you something," he said, quickly getting up from the bed and gently pulling Harper's hand.

"What is it?" Harper asked, frowning, intrigued by his attitude.

Before she could react, Aiden wrapped her in his strong arms, and in one swift motion, lifted her into the air as if she weighed nothing.

"Aiden!" Harper yelled between laughter, surprised by the sudden gesture. "What are you doing?"

"Trust me," he replied, his voice playful as he carried her in his arms, heading out of the bedroom and down the stairs with determination.

Harper kept laughing and weakly protesting as he carried her through the house until they finally reached the garden. The warmth of the sun surrounded them as Aiden crossed the grass toward the pool, with no intention of stopping.

"Don't you dare!" Harper yelled, still laughing, guessing what he was about to do.

But Aiden, without saying a word, walked straight to the edge of the pool and, without a second thought, jumped into the water with her in his arms, both completely naked.

Harper let out a surprised scream just before the cold water enveloped them. The impact of the water took their breath away for a second, but soon Harper's laughter filled the air as she emerged from the surface, splashing water at Aiden.

"You're crazy!" she said between laughs, trying to shield herself as the water surrounded them.

"But you love it," Aiden replied, smiling that mischievous smile as he approached her again, wrapping his arms around her.

"I can't deny that," Harper whispered, still laughing as they leaned in to kiss under the sun, their bodies entwined in the water, as if nothing else existed.
