"Now then, let me tell you all everything I know. All I know, it all came from one place, the website you and Chloe run, Reika. Collective Millennium."
"Our website?" Chloe repeated.
"Yes. While at first glance it is just a simple website that allows people to post stories or videos of the supernatural, it has also been instrumental in helping all of us in putting the pieces of this grand puzzle together."
"Claims of videos caught from various angles only gave more and more to what the story originally was. But it was also those claims that made the story become more and more lost, to the point of even taking lives. Surely you had to have noticed something, right? Reika?"
Reika thought for a few moments, "Now that you mention it, there were a few stories and posts I saw last week, some of them mentioned things we know now, but that's really it."
"But how does this fit in with your cop friend? The one who killed himself?" Katsumi asked.
"It is because he was the one doing it all."
"The supposed death of Alexis Stevens? Stephen killed him and made it appear as a suicide. That was his part, all that was left was to have a few others pose as police officers and not allow anyone in to get a better look at the scene. The next day, he met with Grayson as if nothing had happened. However, no one realized how big of a story and how much attention Alexis would get for this."
"As a result, there had to be an accident even greater than a tenour professor committing suicide, that's when the one-hundred sixty-two New World members kill themselves, all ingesting an untraceable poison. Then the severed fingers of a woman who was a member of New World, they were taken as well."
"Around that time, a replacement was needed, and since Grayson was killed by Stephen for digging too much into the case, Stephen found a replacement in Aria. He also believed Grayson had told her everything he knew, so she was a possible threat to him, she needed to be taken out as well."
"In the end, it worked out quite well for Stephen. Being both a member of New World and working as a police officer, it allowed him to be the bridge between both the police and the cult, with him feeding them information and doing tasks for them like the evidence."
"But now, all that's left is find out what the ends are for Chatterbox, as well as the Chosen Ones
"Well I think we've got the part down." Reika said. He passed the paper towards Judy who looked over it as Reika began to explain again.
"What I believe what makes a Chosen One is their compatibility. The ability for the soul to match with any shell they are put in. Think about it, when a child is conceived, the body begins to form inside a woman. The body is made specifically to be compatible with the soul of that child."
"So a Chosen One is a soul that can be put inside any body and be a perfect match every time."
"Like how a master key can unlock multiple locks." Isaac added.
Judy turned the paper around, "Even the back had been written on."
"Another way to think of this is like radio waves and their frequency. Both the body and soul are playing the same frequency at the same speed. Like fingerprints, each is played unique to each body, a soul playing either a different frequency or at a different speed can't be compatible with the body. But with a soul like ours, we can match the frequency."
"So we basically have full control of the dial, right?"
Toko asked.
"I'm confused." Katsumi sighed.
