Warframe Concepts and Ideas (OC)

Raida: Take up arms and become the Hero of Justice where no one can stand against you
Codex: Appearing in the year 1999 and as a only warframe there, Raida notices hollvania was in chaos and scaldra forces are everywhere, Raida decide to fight and be a hero for the Hex, without unmasking itself to them.
Warframe appearance seems to be a grasshopper themed warframe with wings furled behind him, has a color scheme of Bright Green and Dark, Bright Red glow, and has a flowing red scarf on his neck, has two grasshopper like stilts behind him

Stats:
Armor: 500
Health: 300
Energy: 100
Shield: 350
Sprint Speed: 1.2

Passive: Cyclone Driver (Raida ability strength is enhanced and scaled whenever enemies are hit with Cyclone Slash, Tornado!, Raida Punch, and Raida Kick. Represented as a device with a fan in the middle, the strength of wind is dependent on the combo counter)

Ability 1: Cyclone Slash (Raida soon creates a blast of wind which slashes enemies at a line or cone like area, holding AB1 increases the duration and range of the attack)

Ability 2: Tornado! (Raida soon summons their mount, Tornado which is a customized atomicycle that is powered via winds and energy, Raida soon charges and hits all enemies in a quickened speed before disappearing or holding 2 will allow Raida to ride his Atomicycle, like Yareli Merulina, it can be ridden inside any tilesets or at open world zones)

Ability 3: Raida Punch (Raida soon charges it's signature punch and dash forward, hitting an enemy with so much force it causes a blast of wind to send the target back, inflicts random status effects)

Ability 4: Raida Kick (Raida soon jumps high and does a diving kick, once hitting the ground, the ground explodes and enemies caught in the blast are sent flying, ragdolling them and stunned)

Signature Weapon: Ishimori (Raida signature weapon, sparring weapons infused with wind, when wielded with Raida, the passive increases faster)

Augment mods: Rising Hopper (Ability 1, Instead of a cyclone slash, Raida soon instead opt for a rider kick that releases a shockwave of wind to the enemy), Wind Grazer (Passive, enemies hit with Tornado will be floated upward and deal impact after the float)

How to Get Raida?
Complete The Memories of Raida Questline and obtain his blueprint, his chassis, neuroptics, and systems are obtained through The Hex Bounties

Raguel: The Divine Archangel of Zariman Ten-Zero, Unlike Jade and her Jade-Light, Raguel guides and bring vengeance to those who hunt him and his allies. His Light shall shine divine vengeance. his four wings shall be the one to bring terror.
Warframe appearance seems to be a divine archangel, gold armor covers his body with his four wings furled behind his back, glow color is bright and sky blue and the wing color is white, the helmet of the warframe seems to be hooded and has no eyes? *Likely from design choice*, however he has a glowing light blue halo behind him

Passive: Divine Shield (Raguel gains bonus armor whenever his abilities manages to land a proc or gaining a kill, represented as a angelic shield unfurling it's wings, passive resets if there are no enemies in the area or entering into a bleedout)

Ability 1: Divine Light (Raguel soon unleash a line of Divine light at sight of the player, when enemies are hit by this ability, this procs Radiation + weakened status effect)

Ability 2: Feather Storm (Raguel soon unfurls his four wings and unleash a area wide effect of sharp feathers, enemies in that area wide effect are inflicted with bleed status effect, the effect duration increases the more they're in that area)

Ability 3: Revelation (Raguel summons his exalted weapon, being his Trumpet-Charge Type shotgun "Apollyon", no charge is him firing wave of circles at the enemy, inflicts impact damage, when fully charged, Unleashes a tight wave of circles, inflicting enemies with staggered + Random Elemental status effects, There's a alternate fire which Raguel soon blows onto the trumpet-shotgun, boosting everyone's shields and health by 10% for 50 seconds)

Ability 4: Day of Judgement (Raguel soon flies upward and his wings unfurled, pressing 4 again causes Raguel to descend downward and crash onto the enemies, dealing blast damage + radiation damage, holding 4 instead of the descent, Raguel soon fires multiple beams of light at the enemy while also raining down sharp feathers)

Signature Weapon: Ouriel (His signature nunchakus, when wielded by Raguel, Raguel divine shield will no longer decay but instead converts into overshield, doesn't work if raguel enters into Bleedout).
Signature Sentinel/Companion: Sariel (A Robotic Sentinel, Appearance is that of a Orb with a ring that intersects with a second ring, two mini angelic wings. With Heaven's Guard and it's unique precepts "Binding", Sariel is a Sentinel who is a lethal guardian focuses on defending their masters from death, wields it's default weapon "Arc Arrow", paired well with Raguel and Ouriel, Binding would have a 20% Chance to tesla chain enemies

Augment Mod:
Jade's Grace (Ability 2, Allies within the Feather Storm will grant a lite version of jade power of the seven), Gyre Forte (Ability 1, Divine Light now procs electricity and has a 10% Chance to spawn a arcsphere), Abaddon (Ability 3, Apollyon innate damage typing is altered to match the enemy weakness and has a increase status chance infliction)

How to Get Raguel and Ouriel?
Complete The Avenger of the Harmonious One, you'll obtain his Chassis, systems, Neuroptics, and Blueprint, however the Materials needed can be obtained in Duviri. For Ouriel? It can be obtained in 1999 via Techrot cache (5% chance to get one) or completing assassination mission

Excalibur Umbra Protoframe - Lupus (Turns out in 1999, Albrecht Entrati was able to replicate what ballas did to excalibur umbra and apply it to a man who lost everything, in lupus swore vengeance, he was restrained with a bolt attached to his back. Lupus was his name, his weapons is Burston, Lex, and his unique dual nikana's, Umbra and Lumen with a unique weapon style (Wolves Fang). )
