Early Saturday morning Lexi woke up when the alarm went off.
"Sorry its early but I have to be in Martinsville for quals later today and we are driving up with Ryan and Gianna." Chase says.
"I know. That is why I packed last night. Remember after the race we are going to do Disney with the gang before heading to Pheonix." Lexi replies.
"I know. That will be fun and what a way to kick start the holidays." Chase says.
"I know." Lexi replies.
They both got up and got dressed. They got the dogs and their bags and head out to the car. Ryan and Gianna met them there.
"You guys ready to go?" Ryan asks.
"Yup let's get on the road." Chase replies.
They load the bags into the car and the dogs. Once they were all inside and buckled in Ryan took off.
They drove and jammed out the whole way. A few hours later they arrived in Martinsville and at the track. Ryan parked and they all got out. Chase and Lexi head to their bus. They head inside and settle the dogs.
"Hard to believe this is the second to last time we will be here this season." Lexi says.
"I know it's always bittersweet, but I can't wait for the off season." Chase replies.
"Me too. I am ready to have you all to myself. Also ready for this show to air so I can actually post about you." Lexi says.
"I know. It's so close." Chase replies.
They got everything settled on the bus before heading down to the track. Chase headed to the garage area and talked to his crew. Lexi found a spot away from the action. Finally Chase changed into his fire suit and they headed down to the track. Chase got ready to practice and qualify.
