I carry the spring within my mind,
And in it you and I,
Lay in fields of soft peach and purple,
Flowers and tiny glowing circles,
Float down from the sky,
Which turns from left to right,
From a cheery morning,
To a starry night.
And even in this heaven of ours,
Where we lay for many hours,
My doubts inhibit me from,
Intwining my fingers with yours.
As we silently watch the world go on,
From our comfy suspension
Of light and pale down.
And so I watch your still face,
As the world turns about,
And wonder why,
This daydream is only
a daydream.
