Automotive Paint Line
The automotive painting process can be generally divided into two major parts: one is the surface treatment of the metal before painting, also known as pre-treatment technology; the second is the construction process of painting. Surface treatment mainly includes the removal of oil, dust, rust, and corrosion on the surface of the workpiece, as well as the removal of the old paint layer when carrying out repair work, etc., in order to improve the surface condition of the workpiece. It includes the mechanical processing and chemical treatment of the surface of the workpiece according to various specific conditions. The same is true for car painting line, but the two major classifications of painting equipment, painting production lines, and processes have obvious differences and can be specifically divided into:
1. Vehicle body' painting parts for: the body, front and rear bumpers, bonnets, and other front parts; coating production line is usually used: the swim dip oil removal, rust removal, and other pre-treatment processes and robotic spraying, rail line conveyor, and baking combined in the same production line;
2. Inside and outside accessories' painting refers to parts: function buttons, navigators, door handles, and other commonly known rear parts.
