Ochaco was reliving the night's events. From what her jumbled mind could piece together....that is. As Izuku flew them to UA with her in his arms. He could feel her tremble as tears fell. He could sympathize. As his first taste of the world of heroes was under similar circumstances.

His mother was murdered right in front of him, as he was forced to watch and unable to help. That horrid night so long ago led him to be raised by auntie Nemuri. As well how he became the unofficial nephew of Nezu and many heroes. When he heard Ochaco say a name he almost lost control of his emotions. Shota Aizawa... the most illogical man of logic he'd ever met. The bastard that made Izuku hurt more than anyone before him. Explosive mutt included.

He didn't let it show as he remembered the day Nemuri introduced Hizashi Yamada and Shota Aizawa to him. He enjoyed meeting Present Mic, but Aizawa immediately wrote him off as a coward and scoffed at the circumstances that led to Nemuri raising him. He poked the boy on a very serious issue, and acted so arrogantly to him that it took Nemuri's strongest sleeping gas and both her and Mic to keep him from killing the prick.

He warned Nezu long ago about the man's true nature. Unfortunately he was going to have to show the proof. Not just the two boys deaths tonight. But all those that his insane ideas of logic damaged and expelled with zero care for the consequences. With a sigh he spoke to the girl in an effort to break her from the guilt she was feeling.

"Miss Uravity... Ochaco Uraraka... What led you to become a hero?" He asked as they flew. Ochaco flinched at his voice. As for the flight he had remained silent up to that point. "Heh. The money...." Was all she said. Yet, Izuku could tell it wasn't as simple as that. Otherwise he'd never have found her there tonight.

"Why the money Uraraka-san?" Izuku asked as Ochaco fidgeted in his arms. She took a few breaths before she started to answer. "M-My parents... They run a construction business. All my life they have made many sacrifices for me. Their business isn't doing well. Not because they're bad workers, but because they refuse to cut corners. With daddy it's always a get what you pay for thing.

He may take longer, but they would do amazing work and the buildings would be well worth the cost and time spent working on it. But, because he refuses to cut corners and do subpar work as well as lie... Work became harder and harder to obtain. As such we started living on a leaner budget. With my parents often times having to work two jobs to afford my education, meals, and any toys and things I wanted.

They would, on the occasions money was too tight, miss meals and only make food for me. I never had want for things, yet my parents were going without things they wanted and sometimes needed. When I was little and I saw heroes those around them were always smiling and happy. I thought seeing those smiling faces, especially on Mom and Daddy... I wanted to make that happen.

But, as I got older I learned our financial situation. My quirk allows me to make anything 3 tons or less weightless. So I asked to help them with it. But, my parents wouldn't let me. They said I should focus on fulfilling my dream. Only that was important. They would handle the rest.

It frustrated me so much. So I decided I would be a hero to earn the money so my parents could finally rest easy. So they could finally live, instead of just existing and overworking themselves. I never told them that part. Just that I wanted to be a hero." Ochaco explained as they flew.

Izuku smiled as he listened. He could see the nobility in her reasons. Yes, it was the money, but not out of greed. Simply to pay back her parents and give them an easy life.

"That's a fine dream Uraraka-san. A fine dream indeed." He said making her fidget as she turned to look at him. A confused look on her face.

"You're the second one to tell me those exact words Pilot." Ochaco said as she tilted her head. Izuku was glad he was in his Wing Zero form, as his blush did not show. "Really Uraraka-san?" He asked before she nodded to him. "Who was the first?" He asked.
