I'll make this short and simple.
Ken Haruki known as pro hero called 'Hikari' with his quirk or abilities similar to Chizuko since they're siblings but generally he's using his intelligent rather than his ability. Basically, his quirk are 'Light'.
Ken Haruki is 22 years old with the height of 192 cm tall. He's working under the Endeavor's Hero Agency. Which surprisingly get choosen by Endeavour (Enji Todoroki) itself.

It's been a days since the four of U.A studenst has gone missing by the mysterious portal that came out of nowhere and sucked them in. Principal Nezu has calmed down the class 1-A students as they got concerned about their classmates well-being.
The one who's got in charged to find the students were Aizawa-sensei known as their homeroom teacher, Present Mic, All Might, Bakugo, Todoroki and of course Ken Haruki. Surely other pro heroes also giving a hand as well as Endeavor.
As for, Tenya Iida and Yaoyorozu Momo are in charged to keep an eyes of their classmates along with Midnight-sensei in case the same incident happend again. The rest of class 1-A has been under quarantine in their dormitory.
"Tch, those dumbassess better be safe somewhere or else-!" Bakugo growl while clenching his fist.
Though he didn't showed it, but deep inside he's concerned about his classmate.
"Trust them, they're strong enough to survived" Aizawa-sensei said while sighing, he's also hoping for the safety of his students.
"It seem there's no traces left behind after they dissappeared. This is so odd to say.. as if-..." Haruki spoke up before turning his chair and glance toward Todoroki.
"As if someone has planned it" Todoroki continue.
"Exactly, mostly of you only witness the mysterious black portal appear... but I assume they're more behind it" Haruki's stated. Bakugo eyes widen slighty when he realized something.
"THAT DAMN CCTV! OF COURSE THEY HAVE CCTV!" He claimed. The others looking each other before nodding their heads and stands up.
"Let's go back to U.A" Aizawa-sensei said as they immedietally rush back to the U.A to check on the CCTV at the time when class 1-A having training.
Meanwhile Endeavor who's been keeping an eyes on them, letting Aizawa, Bakugo and his son go after the evidence they just found.
He fix his eyes towards Haruki, who still typing on his laptop. "Why you didn't tell them?" He ask, crossing his arms over his chest as the flames of quirk flaming around him.
Haruki didn't say anything as his eyes darted to Endeavor before he spoke. "That because, this most likely involved.. League of Villain". He said.
Endeavor frown when the name mentioned. He knew very well those group of villains.
"But the thing is the portal wasn't made by Kurorigi (One of the L.O.V member)" Haruki said as his own eyebrows furrowed.
