This is my take on the very rare idea of "What if Deku was in the Owl House"
(Also, I did do another The Owl House x Izuku, you should read it!)
I DON'T OWN MY HERO ACADEMIA AND THE OWL HOUSE
Timeline: 16 years before the beginning of the Owl House story
[Open on a young Edalyn Clawthorne, the most wanted criminal in the Boiling Isles. She is flying away on her staff and her Palisman, Owlbert the Owl from a few Emperor's Guards]
Young Eda: Eat my dust, losers!
[Eda laughs and snorts. She stops in midair, dodging a magic blast from below]
Young Eda: [Looks down] Hello, Lilith...
[Cut to Eda's older sister, Lilith Clawthorne. She glares up to Eda and flies towards her using her Palisman, Albert the Raven]
Young Lilith: You can't run forever, Edalyn! Just come to the Emperor's Coven and he'll heal you!
Young Eda: Hey! I'm doing fine the way I am! I don't need your shabby lord to heal me!
Young Lilith: [Gasps] How dare you!
[Lilith traces a spell circle, firing a magic blast. Eda smirks and stands on Owlbert, she jumps and backflips over the blast. While in the air, Eda traces a small spell circle and lands on Owlbert on her feet, before firing a magic blast]
Young Lilith: Ah!
[Albert's eyes glows bright with the color blue, summoning a magic barrier, dispersing the blast]
Young Lilith: Thank you, Albert.
[Albert caws. She chuckles. Lilith looks up and sees Eda is no longer in front of her]
Young Lilith: [Growls] Edalyn!
[Lilith turns around and sees Eda flying away, waving and smiling goofily]
Young Eda: Byeeee~
[Lilith sighs and retreats back to the Emperor's castle]
[Cut to Eda landing in front of the Owl House, chuckling to herself]
Young Eda: [Smiling] That was fun~
[As she walks up to the door of the Owl's House, Hooty wakes up from his nap and looks at Eda]
Hooty: Hey, Eda~
Young Eda: Not now, Hooty. And Izuku doing fine?
Hooty: Yeah, don't worry, he's asleep now.
Young Eda: Good.
[Eda opens the door and enters it]
Young Eda: Oh, by the way, Hooty.
Hooty: Hm?
Young Eda: [Looks back at him] If I ever come back home, and sees that someone, or you have hurt Izuku....
[Hooty gulps]
Young Eda: [Her iris turns black] I'll burn you and this house down...
Hooty: Y-Yes ma'am!
Young Eda: [Smiles] Good~
[Eda closes the door, Hooty sighs. Cut to her walking up the stairs, smiling]
Young Eda: I need to see my baby's face after a long day~
[Cut to her entering her room, walking up to the nest of a bed]
Young Eda: Hello, Izuk- IZUKU?!
[Eda's eyes widens in fear, she looks in her nest, and doesn't see her supposedly sleeping baby, Izuku]
Young Eda: [Tearing up; looking around the room in panic] IZUKU! IZUKU! Where are you?!
[A giggle caught her attention as she looks up]
Young Eda: [Sighs; wipes away her tears and smiles] You had me worry there, Izuku...
[The camera pans up to baby Izuku, who is floating around the ceiling, as black tendrils made of energy flails around his body fluidly like water]
Baby Izuku: [Giggles] Mama!
[Eda chuckles. She whistles as Owlbert flies in and up to Izuku. Owlbert uses his beak to grab one of Izuku's tendrils and drags him back to Eda gently]
Young Eda: [Grabs Izuku; cradles him] Thank you, Owlbert. [Smiles]
[Owlbert hoots happily and perches on Eda's shoulder. Eda smiles and looks down at her baby, who is cooing and pawing the air]
Baby Izuku: O-Owl...
[Owlbert hoots and flies to Izuku's cheeks, rubbing his head against him, making Izuku giggle]
Baby Izuku: Mah!
Young Eda: You're something else, Izuku. [Chuckles]
[Eda brings him closer and rubs her nose on his nose lovingly]

Young Eda: You're one of the few things that bring me joy, Izuku...
[Izuku blinks a couple of time but then smiles]
Baby Izuku: M-Mama!
Young Eda: Yes Izuku...
[Eda rests her head on Izuku and embraces him]
Young Eda: You're mother is here and she will never leave you...unless you do something really, really, REALLY dumb...
[Owlbert hoots and joins the hug]
Young Eda: [Chuckles] You can join too, Hooty.
Hooty: Yippe!
[Hooty flies from the window and wraps around them]
Hooty: I love this!
Young Eda: Me too, Hooty....me too.
[Eda smiles as she looks down to Izuku, seeing him asleep soundly in her arms]
