The seas were calm, their vast expanse reflecting the golden glow of the setting sun. On the deck of the Tempest flagship, the air buzzed with anticipation. Every member of Rimuru and Ultima's crew gathered, their faces lit with triumph and joy. They had done the impossible—overthrown the World Government and claimed the world in the name of their captains.
Rimuru stood at the ship's helm, his golden eyes scanning the crowd below. Ultima was beside him, her expression a mixture of excitement and pride.
"Everyone," Rimuru began, his voice calm but commanding. The crew instantly fell silent, their attention entirely on him. "Today, we stand victorious. The World Government, the Marines, the Tenryuubito—they're gone. And now... this world belongs to us."
The announcement was met with a roar of cheers and applause. Pirates from every corner of the Grand Line raised their weapons in celebration, their loyalty to Rimuru and Ultima unwavering.
Ultima stepped forward, her grin as sharp as ever. "You've all fought hard. You've all proven yourselves. And tonight, we celebrate the beginning of a new era—our era!"
The crowd erupted again, their cheers echoing across the seas. Tables laden with food and barrels of the finest drinks were brought out, and the celebration began. Music played, laughter filled the air, and for the first time in what felt like forever, everyone was free from the fear of oppression.
As the party raged on, Rimuru and Ultima stood on the ship's balcony, watching their crew celebrate below. Ultima sipped her drink, her golden eyes shimmering with mischief.
"Think they're ready for the truth?" she asked, her tone playful.
Rimuru smiled softly. "They've earned it. Let's do it."
The two descended the steps and moved to the center of the deck. Rimuru raised a hand, and the music stopped, the crowd falling silent once more.
"There's something we've kept from you," Rimuru began, his tone serious but kind. "Ultima and I... we're not from this world."
Murmurs rippled through the crowd, confusion etched on every face.
Ultima leaned on Rimuru's shoulder, her grin playful. "We're from another world entirely. A world called Tensura. And now, we're going to connect the two."
Before anyone could react, Rimuru raised his hand, his Void God Azathoth activating with a burst of light. The air shimmered, and a massive portal began to form in the sky. The swirling vortex glowed with a radiant blue, its edges crackling with energy.
From the portal emerged six figures, their presence radiating power. Carrera, Diablo, Testarossa, Shion, Shuna, and Benimaru stepped forward, their gazes sweeping across the stunned crowd.
Ultima clapped her hands together, her grin widening. "Meet our friends and allies. These are some of the strongest and most loyal people in Tempest. Carrera, Diablo, Testarossa—my fellow Primordials."
She gestured to each in turn, their auras commanding respect.
"And these are Shion, Shuna, and Benimaru," Rimuru continued, his tone warm. "They've been with me since the beginning, helping build Tempest into the nation it is today."
The pirates stared, their awe palpable. Kaelus, Sylphira, and Tessa exchanged glances, clearly impressed.
Ultima smirked. "And now, our worlds will be one. You're no longer just pirates. You're part of something far greater—Tempest."
With a wave of her hand, Ultima activated her own magic, binding their pirate crew into the hierarchy of Tempest. Kaelus, Sylphira, and Tessa glowed briefly as their titles shifted from generals to high-ranking officials within the newly unified nation.
The crowd cheered again, their excitement mingling with a sense of awe. The Tempest pirates had become something far greater than they ever imagined.
As the celebration continued, Ultima turned to Rimuru. "We've got one last thing to take care of before we leave."
Rimuru nodded. "You mean your... 'guests'?"
Ultima's grin was wicked. "Exactly."
With a snap of her fingers, a portal appeared beside her, and out tumbled Luffy, Garp, Buggy, Law, and Caelum. Each was bound and disheveled, their expressions ranging from confusion to outright terror.
"Welcome to your new home," Ultima said cheerfully, her grin widening as she looked down at them.
Luffy glared at her. "You won't get away with this!"
Buggy, on the other hand, was on the verge of tears. "I just want to go home!"
Ultima crouched in front of them, her golden eyes gleaming. "Oh, don't worry. You'll love Tempest. I've got big plans for all of you."
Rimuru sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Ultima, try not to break them too quickly. We just got them here."
Ultima laughed, waving a hand dismissively. "Don't worry, Rimuru. I'll save the best for last."
As dawn approached, Rimuru and Ultima stood before their gathered crew and the citizens of Tempest, who had come through the portal to join the celebration.
"Citizens of Tempest," Rimuru announced, his voice carrying across the crowd. "We have returned. And with us, we bring a new world under our protection."
The cheers were deafening, the people of Tempest celebrating their leader's triumphant return.
Ultima stepped forward, her grin softening into a genuine smile. "This is only the beginning. Together, we'll build a world where everyone can live freely, without fear or oppression. Tempest will be the bridge between worlds."
As the crowd roared in approval, Rimuru and Ultima exchanged a glance. They had accomplished the impossible, uniting two worlds under their banner.
