"You are invited to the wedding of Madam Natalie Mumbi and Mr. George Bahati on..." Monica closed the wedding invitation card before she could even finish reading it, "wait, you guys have been preparing Natalie's wedding and you didn't tell me?"

"Sorry" Lara grinned nervously but Monica was not ready to back down yet, "Ok, I didn't know either alright? I have been too busy and I have missed a lot of calls from home you see. I went to visit Bernard and that is when I heard the news"

"You are not serious Lara"

"I know" she sighed and went back to her desk and started working on her computer, "Home is crazy, everyone is moving around in pairs and then there is me with a boyfriend who is a billion miles away, I can't stay there"

"Jane has a boyfriend? And what of Zawadi?"

"You know those two girls are inseparable, then there is Lewis and Stacy; Bernard is obsessed with Korean dramas he was introduced to by George's daughter. Mom and dad are back to their youth days, dating and late night chats, what am I there to do?"

"Poor little miss"

"You should come to the wedding, after all this you will have to come home of course, so don't miss your elder sister's wedding"

"I will be there, I can't miss this or Natalie will snap my neck." Monica said sitting down.

"In three days, I already asked a tailor to prepare your dress"

"Will Ivy be there?'

"Oh right" Lara stopped typing, "She and mom made up, she came was at home we spent the weekend together. She has changed a lot; she is not a cold as she used to be although she is still nonchalant. And by the way she is pregnant and her boyfriend is an eye candy"

"I know, you remember the day I went shopping to buy some clothes for the governor's party?" Lara nodded, "Someone collapsed, and then I went to help. That is when I figured out it was Ivy. She had an issue with the Rhesus factor and she didn't even know she was pregnant "

"Does she know you are alive?"

"I think she does but she might be keeping my word. When she testified against me, I disowned her... she doesn't forget at all and she wouldn't consider me her sister until I go back to my word. She doesn't push things; she works with what is in hand"

"She is a tough one; well I think I will never ever mess with her. She is a good friend and sister when you are in good terms"

"Yeah"

"Alright, Saturday we are having a wedding" Lara exclaimed, "I can't wait to see Natalie in a wedding dress"

"She has an enviable figure, she will look so beautiful"

"See who is talking you got all the fats in the right places darling. Can't you see that?"

"Don't flatter me"

"I wouldn't, and by the way, Jane is our top client she is making a lot of orders lately, we should organize to give her a discount this holiday."

"That will be good" Monica agreed.

"Please talk to Cassie, I asked her to have our products advertised at the National Television but she is dodging it because her ex-boyfriend works at the advertisement department. She shouldn't involve her personal relationships with work, tell her to get it done"

"And also, there are some emails Amanda requested and she needs to discuss about some products she wants us to include in our list"

"Which products...?"
