Suddenly, diluc screamed as he pointed to davalin flying down at the group. Everyone dodged out of the way just in time as davalin dove down and back up into the sky, a deafening roar coming out of him as he his eyes narrowed in rage...

Everyone within the group quickly took out their weapons in defence... but... not you.. you only saw... a helpless soul.. it is said that a mother can see through the facade her child puts for the world... she knows most... how wouldn't she know her child's pain... that look of suffering but not.. quiet being able to be relieved from it... so that envy takes place ... that no other should be happy or safe either... how could a mother miss her own little ones problem...

That look in his eyes of rage yet.. a call for help... you felt your own eyes tearing up almost... poor davalin... you didn't see a threat but a helpless being wishing to call out to you, but that something was holding him back...

The feeling of a helpless child being so frustrated and sad... but not being able to think that he or she finds comfort in their mothers arms... and that in itself is the most heartbreaking... he doesn't know how to call out... just wait... if he only knew he didn't have to go through it all alone anymore..

"Oh my dear one... how tormented have you been… It must have been so hard, being so lost and alone, not knowing that your cries could find solace in a loving embrace. If only you knew how much your struggle tears at me..."

You thought with a tear quietly rolling down... it seemed almost like the world stopped... davalin looking at the other members and you... quietly looking at him... tears pooled in your eyes...

Davalin roared in furry, a scream almost of agony as he soared up into the sky, causing the group including you to stumble a bit from the wind of his flight. The others stayed alert even in the absence of davalin. You looked down quietly wiping away the tears and staying stoic... calm from the outside but troubled inside... could a mother be calm when her child is in pain,can she..?

Hehe... sorry everyone for the sudden stop again... my exams came up and I am not gonna lie I hated it but I am trying my best to improve as a person and an author. Hope you think this chapter is better written.
