You look up and sigh, "She isn't really doing this, is she?" Leah nods, "It's her party tradition, invade everyone's privacy with a little game of truth or dare."
You groan, standing up, "I don't want to play this."
"You'll be fine, just pick truth and lie, that's what I always do." Leah nudges you and you laugh, "That, is actually a good idea."
"See, you'll be fine." She leads you over and you sit down next to her. You look up to see Jake staring at you and you flick him off. He pretends to be offended, laying his hand on his chest as he gasps.
You laugh, shaking your head, doing the same when he flicks you off.
He laughs, turning his attention to Tyla when she starts talking, "Okay, so everyone knows truth or dare, but not everyone knows my rules. So if you pick truth, you have to speak the truth, clearly. But if you pick dare, and you don't like the dare, you must shot gun a beer."
"Shot gun a full beer!?" Someone yells and she laughs, "That's the game, babe. Alright. I'll go first, the person I pick will then pick and so on, okay?"
Everyone nods and she looks at Jake, "Jake. Truth or dare?"
"Why do you have to pick me first, damn." He laughs, "Fuck, um, dare, I guess. Why the hell not."
"Ooh." She laughs, "Okay. I'll go easy on you since you're first." She smirks, "I dare you, to pretend you just met me at a bar and use your best line. If I say you pass, then you don't need to shotgun."
Jake laughs, "Alright." He stands up, walking over to her but he doesn't stop. He keeps going before taking a few steps back, "So, what that love at first site or so I need to walk by again?"
Everyone boos him and Tyla laughs, "That was funny, so I'll allow you to be safe."
"Works for me." Jake laughs and walks back over to sit down, his eyes scanning the circle, "Johnnie." He smirks, "truth or dare?"
Johnnie shakes his head, "Truth."
"I knew you'd pick that, so tell me when the last time you got laid was." Jake tilts his head and Johnnie laughs, "Last week."
Everyone cheers and the game continues until it's finally your turn. Leah looks at you and tilts her head, "Truth or dare, y/n?"
