Ultimo flew right towards Vilgax as the warlord tapped the crystal on his gauntlet creating a shield, the collision of his shield and Ultimo's fist echoed until Vilgax over powered him and catching the alien hero with a powerful strike to the back sending Ultimo to his knees.

A laser shot from the glove on his right hand striking Ultimo in the chest sending him crashing into the ground, another laser engulfed Ultimo's body keeping him down.

The smoke cleared to reveal Vilgax with one foot on Ultimo's body and a fist in the air declaring Vilgax the winner.

Vilgax: People of planet T.K! I have defeated your champion! By the rules of The Galactic Code of Conduct as ratified by the Casey-Kelly accords, I claim dominion over this planet and the power Ultimo possesses!
Behind him, a machine teleported onto the planet's surface with multiple of Vilgax's drones with it along with Vilgax's servant, Psyphon.
