This Road

Where souls are lost, wandering astray

And all you'll find is yourself in this fray

Directions unclear and the sky's getting dim

Can this road really lead me to my dream?

Walking without fear or worry of the future

For what I seek most is in awesome grandeur

But daily, I feel my faith being put to the test

Can this road really let me have my rest?

I started to stumble upon rocks in my path

The clouds beginning to unleash its wrath

Is it possible to have a chance of success?

Can this road really bring me my happiness?

Are trials and failures stepping stones for me?

In between are transitions formed from glee

Obstacles prove challenges to fight and not run

But can this road in its difficulty be done?

If it's not the sun, I can follow the starlight

And if it's not day, then it's a moonlit night

Going forward with a positive outlook's my plan

Can I reach the end of this road? Well, I know I can.
