I Miss You ➳ Riker Lynch

2 - Dinner

     I just got finished getting ready to have dinner at my neighbor's house. I'm excited about meeting my neighbors.

     We knocked on the door when finally we were greeted by a lady. "Hello! You must be our new neighbors! Come on in. Make yourself at home." She seemed really nice. She then introduced me to her family. "This is Rydel, Ross, Rocky, and Riker."

"Hi!" Rydel was the first to say something. "Hi!" I replied. "So what's your name?" Ross asked me. "Brooklyn." "Well nice to meet you." "You too."

     That's when their mom told us that dinner was ready. When we were eating Riker and I kept looking at each other. I kept blushing like crazy. I probably sound really weird talking about someone I've only just met. But whatever.

     After dinner everyone thanked Mrs. Lynch. All of us started talking. "So, Brooklyn are you excited about school?" "Yeah." "That's great. Your parents actually told me you'll be attending the same school that my kids go to."

     "That's great." I was really shocked at how excited they were.

     When I got back home my mom asked me if I had a crush on Riker. "Mom! Really, does it look like I have a crush on him!?" Ok, I had a major crush, but I only just met him.

     This is going to be a crazy year.

Thank you to whoever is reading this. I probably won't update until tomorrow because I have to go to the eye doctor to get contacts. :( I'm actually scared and nervous. I'll try to start my other part of the story before I go to the eye doctor.
