Chapter 20

* Jason's POV*

We were all supposed to rest for a day in our first hotel, and now we're currently moving to the second one, which isn't really that far away. Lisa and I chose to stay behind while the others went out to get some lunch. Excluding Dani and Dylan though, the two of em were heading out by themselves.

Last night Lisa and I got drenched in the rain after walking so much. I gave Lisa my jacket so she wouldn't get cold, and now I think I feel a little bit off. I'm not going to tell her though, I don't want her to worry. I don't really know, I just really want to snuggle with her right now.

"Baaaaby," I whined like a little girl.
"What is it?" She asked, annoyed. Kidding. She said it in a nice manner.
"Please hug me." I pouted, as she laughed and got up.
"Only if you catch me."
"But I don't want to," I said lazily. It was the cold taking over really.
"Then no hugs for you," She replied sternly, as I groaned. I stood up, and started chasing her around the room.

After a while, I got pretty tired, but I finally managed to catch her from behind. I gripped her waist and pulled her towards me, wrapping my arms around her. She giggled, as we fell back onto the bed.

"Hey. You're burning up. Is everything alright?" She frowned, feeling my warmth. Dammit. I didn't need her to worry about me right now.
"I feel fine, gorgeous. I'm probably just tired," I replied sleepily, panting at the same time.

She crawled under the covers and ushered me toward her direction.
"Come here," She said as I slowly crawled to where she was. I couldn't take it anymore, I felt so sleepy and so awful. I slumped back onto the bed and she wrapped her arms around me. That was the last thing I remembered before eveything turned black and faded into lalaland.

* Lisa's POV *

He was scorching hot. I combed my hand through his soft yet thick hair. I could feel his breath, he was panting really hard. I shouldn't have asked him to catch me. I feel terrible now. I kissed him on the forehead and whispered, "I'm so sorry." He seemed to have not heard me, which is somewhat good.

I then heard his soft voice (which surprised me really). "Lise?" "Hm?" "I love you." He slurred, and I laughed. "I love you too,"
