since he never went into the war, 'died', and became the winter soldier, he has the same kinda goofy, sorti of arrogant personality he had before- however, his character isn't developed enough at this point to reveal this
he does however have his metal arm
it's safe to assume right now he has a haircut similar to this one (in the picture) including the odd disheveled mess it is.
since I want to add part of winter-soldier-ness to him- you can assume the following points:
•he will grow out his hair
•he can get quiet and a little distant
•if he speaks softly and is very careful, he'll let (Steve) braid/play with his hair.
•he probably has bouts of depression
•he isn't amused by loud noises or too-fast motions, he'll usually react very quickly and sometimes aggressively
•quick motions near his face are bad
