Olivia Landon stared at her daughters who were neatly placed in her arms. Exhausted, after giving birth she gave one of them to her husband.

"They are not identical." Olivia confirmed her husband and grinned at him. She had been worried if they would be born identical, how would she know the difference. But when saw her daughters, they could hardly be classified as twins.

Not that any of them was beautiful, both of them were cute little bundles. One was blonde and the other brunette. This was the first difference and she knew that was just the first difference.

Olivia and her husband Michael named their daughters Eva Landon and Anna Landon. The blonde was named Eva while the brunette was named Anna.

As they grew up Olivia had figured so many differences in them but despite all these differences there were similarities between them too. Both of them never fought with each other, instead they stood up for each other. They even protected each other when any one of them faced Olivia and Michael's wrath.

Eva and Anna chose Business Administration for professional studies and were very excited after their first day at university.
Eva made friends instantly while Anna took her time observing everyone.

It was their second day of 1st semester. Eva and Anna were making their way to the class when Anna stopped in between the corridor to look inside her bag.

"What happened?" Eva turned around and asked her.

"I think I forgot my phone in the car. It's not in here." Anna glanced worriedly at her sister.

"Look, we are getting late. We can get your phone after the class or you want to bunk?" Eva asked with a smirk.

Anna stared at her with wide eyes.

"No way! I can't bunk. I will get my phone and you go to the class." Anna said and went out of the department building towards the parking lot.

Eva started towards the class, lightly humming a song when her shoulder collided with a strong manly shoulder. She nearly fell to the ground with her books. She balanced herself but her books fell to the ground.

"Hey! Watch where you're going." Eva shouted at his back. He turned abruptly and held his hands up.

"You were not looking while walking. It's your fault." And that was enough to make her blood boil.

"My fault?" She asked and he nodded after adjusting his glasses on his nose, blue eyes staring at her from the glasses.

Eva stomped to him and glared.

"It was your fault and now you will pick my books. Nobody messes with Eva Jade Landon." She said and poked a finger at his chest, creating creases on his shirt which stuck to his lean muscles.

His eyes widened in mockery and he smiled.

"You must be new here, because nobody messes with me." He said and walked close to her. She had to tilt her head up to look into his eyes.

"I do." Eva said, raising her eyebrows. Eva was always the fighter, she was never scared of raising her voice. In school, she often engaged in fights with other girls or sometimes boys too.

"Looks like you're going to get some training here." He said with a devilish gleam in his eyes. Eva frowned and clenched her teeth.

"I think it's you, who needs to learn that not everyone is your puppet." Eva said and glanced at his ID card which was hanging around his neck.

"We will see." He said.

"We will see, Max Nerdy Williams." Eva said and gave him a satisfied smirk when she saw him clench his teeth.

She turned around, picked up her books and proceeded to her class, without looking back but she could feel his glare on her back.
