The women watched as Izuku spoke with the strange man that walked up. The longer Izuku spoke to the man the more they relaxed. They knew that Izuku won the tournament, so some random thug wouldn't stand a chance.
Yu screamed out in pain and looked over at the women hoping for a reaction. They can't hear you screaming Izuku said. They only see us talking, so looking to them to call the police isn't going to happen. Yu screamed out again as Izuku snapped another finger. Did you know that Eri had scars on her arm's and legs Izuku asked. Yu screamed again as another finger snapped. She still has night terrors and crawls into bed with me Izuku continued. Tears rolled down Yu's face. I asked you a question Izuku said as another finger snapped. Yu screamed out no I didn't know in between him sobbing. See how easy that was to answer my questions Izuku said. Yu looked at him terror etched on his face and another finger snapped. Yu screamed out again. You didn't answer my question Izuku said. Yu was crying as he said yes. I'm running out of fingers Izuku said, the next thing I'm going to break is your forearms he continued. Yu began to beg please let me go I'll tell you anything you want to know. I don't believe you Izuku said as he snapped another of Yu's fingers. You won't even answer my easy questions he continued. Yu screamed I'll tell you anything you want to know. Let's test that theory Izuku said. I'll know if you're lying to me he continued.
Who sent you Izuku asked calmly. Real fear took hold of Yu's heart, he spent most of his life in gangs. He met a few members that were responsible for recovery and disposal troublesome individuals. They were always calm, like it didn't matter to them if you lived or died. This young man spoke just like them. He began to break my fingers before he asked a question. Then he asked irrelevant questions while breaking more of my fingers. Then he told me what he was going to break if I didn't answer honestly. Yu didn't dare lie when he answered the question. Overhaul sent the order Yu said. He is desperate to get Eri back.
Izuku could practically hear professor Aizawa's voice in his ear. When inerigating someone remain calm, don't waist time with idol threats. Inform them of series of events that will follow. When possible use logic to convince them answering your questions is the best choice. Yu was proving that this method works well. As Izuku asked his next question does your boss think that his thugs will scare me? Yu quickly answered no he doesn't, he reached out to the group Humarise. Their leader and 6 of his followers will be arriving at our base in the next couple of days. Where is your hideout located Izuku asked. I can't answer that question Yu said, Overhaul will kill me he continued. Three of Yu's fingers snapped at once and he howled out in pain. There are worse fates than death Izuku said. by my count you only have one unbroken finger left then I start with your forearms Izuku said. It's the Jimusho Teitaku building In Toyama, it looks like an office building from the outside Yu said. But once you enter past the first hallway it becomes a large home, that's where Overhaul spends 80% of his time Yu said. Thank you Izuku said and touched Yu's head. Instantly all of Yu's injuries healed without any traces of being damaged. What are you going to do with me now Yu asked. Yu just wanted to collapse, the relief of not being in pain was intoxicating. Yu was going to inform Overhaul that they completely underestimated this young man. Are you really just going to let me go Yu asked. Izuku's smile sent a chill down his spine.
I am but you're not going to remember any of this Izuku said. Well most of it Izuku touched Yu's forehead, Izuku wiped 1 hour of Yu's memories. Izuku replaced it with what he wanted Yu to report. That the young man wasn't there and that he never gave his name to the ladies. Then Izuku placed a Nightmare in Yu's mind. One that no amount of alcohol could get rid of. Izuku standing over him his eyes a blazing emerald. His hero costume was ragged looking, He was covered in dirt and fresh blood. sinister black lighting arched from his body his hands looked more like claws. He began slowly breaking Yu's bones, not just his fingers he would place his foot on his chest and crush his ribs as well. When Izuku took his fingers off Yu's forehead he simply said walk away and deliver my message. Izuku turned and walked away.
When Izuku rejoined the ladies the asked him what happened. Izuku smiled and said he recognized that man. That he was a known local criminal, and told him that the next time that Izuku see's him entering this park. That he contact the police. The ladies complemented his bravery. Izuku advised them to go home for now just in case. Izuku needed to go home and tell his father what's going on. He also needed to research the gang Humarise.
Todoroki didn't like his father at the best of times. But right now he hated his father. When his father said were going to work on your core, Endeavor picked the most effective exercises crunches with a 30lb medicine ball, leg toss, elevated leg lifts, mountain climbers just to name a few. Once again each event was timed. Endeavor pushed him to the point of exhaustion, not collapse. Todoroki wondered if Izuku felt this way when he first started. Todoroki asked his father why was this necessary. Endeavor snorted, the stronger your core is the harder you can push your body. The harder you can push your quirk he continued. Todoroki took another sip of his water when his father said break times up let's go. He didn't even finish his second set when Endeavor said that's enough for now go home.
