Harry: It's been two weeks without Harry making an appearance in your store. You've not spoken with him since telling him you were happy with just being friends, which was true... for the most part. Your days are considerably longer now without his presence in your store, longer and more boring. You're wondering around Top Shop with your friends when you spot his curly hair on the other side of the store, following a beautiful brunette girl through the racks. You discover telling yourself you hadn't wanted to date him, really meant you didn't want anyone to date him. Your heart does this weird, odd sinking thing into your stomach and your stomach drops. "Just, ignore it" your best friend tells you, taking your hand in hers before she's pulling you to another level of the store and away from the tattooed suitor who had pursued you for so long. "Hey" you hear him say and your heart stutters. You look up to find him on the other side of the rack you're looking through, a bright smile on his face and for the first time, you don't notice the piercings or the tattoos on display. "Hi" you answer quietly, finally seeing him for the boy he was and not the ink. "This is Eleanor" he says, gauging your reaction as you greet the beautiful girl with a smile. "Harry talks about you, quite a lot" she says quietly, passing you the sweater you'd been looking at once he's walked away. "I'm sorry," you tell her, misreading what she was telling you and she giggles. "I'm dating his best friend... you should give him a chance" she tells you once Harry's reappeared, ready to go and you smile. "Yes" you say once he's opened his mouth to ask you something and he raises an eyebrow. "If you're going to ever ask me out again, the answer is yes" you tell his questioning look with an easy smile before you wonder off to meet your friends, leaving him with a smile that hurts his cheeks.

Liam: Every song you hear Liam is the first thing that pops into your mind when the guitar starts in on the melody. Every guitar you see, you imagine Liam standing behind the counter of his music store. Eventually, you unplug your TV and all electronics in protest and you're left without a trace of him in your beautiful one bedroom apartment. Avoiding venturing into public proves to be an issue after a week and you have to leave the safety of your apartment for groceries. While at the grocery store, you see the kid from the coffee shop weeks before. He's with his mother, lagging behind her while playing the air guitar. You watch as his fingers make the motions, shaking when he messes something up before he'll start again. You decide to leave the store earlier than intended, only getting the essential things needed to survive. After loading your groceries in your Mercedes, you pull out onto the road to drive back home. You know this street, better than any other street, and pull into an open parking spot before you can change your mind. In the two weeks you've avoided the coffee shop, it seems as if everything's changed. You don't recognize the barista behind the counter fixing drinks, but you recognize the man behind the register. He gives you a warm smile as he rings your drink up and tells you it's already paid for. "I haven't been here in weeks" you tell him and he grins. "Liam comes in everyday and leaves money, just in case" he tells you and you can't not be shocked at that. He's not given up like you thought he would. "So, eventually decided my plain coffee will be alright?" you hear the next morning. You smile as you look up to find Liam standing next to your table and you shrug. "You beat me here" he tells you, sliding into the open seat across from you. "If I was going to pay for you, I had to be here early" you tell him and he chuckles. "I thought I was the one buying coffee in this non-relationship" he questions. "You are but this is me... giving you the chance to let me get to know you" you tell him and he grins over the rim of his coffee cup.

Niall: Dressed in the skin tight, salmon colored body con dress you are more than ready for a night out with the girls. You keep your sweater on while you're eating a posh dinner, smiling and laughing with your girlfriends while discussing you events from the week. "So, how's it going with that tattooed guy I've seen around the hospital?" one of your friends from work questions and the other girls raise their eyebrows. "Nothing's going" you explain to their raised eyebrows and they nod. "Well... tattooed isn't really your type" your best friend explains and you shake your head. "And neither is arrogance, he's the most confident bastard on the face of this planet! He keeps asking me to marry him because 'that's where it's going anyway' and it's so infuriating," you snap, shrugging out of your sweater outside the club to toss it back in the car. "No thank you" you tell the man beside you when he tries to buy you another drink. "Oh, come on love... one more won't hurt" he says with a sleazy smile while trying to touch your hips. "No thank you" you tell him, backing away from him but he catches your elbow. "You're gorgeous, let me show you how it's done" he offers, invading your personal space. When he pulls back, a tattooed arm crosses into your line of vision and the man is knocked on the floor. "I think she said 'no thank you' bud so why don't you slink away back into the grease pit you came from" Niall shouts over the music, standing between you and the man who's decided to take a stand against the pierced, tattooed man defending you. "And who are you?" the man snarls, stumbling back when Niall grips the front of his shirt. "Your worst fucking nightmare if you don't scram" he seethes, pushing him back. "Are you alright?" Niall questions, turning to look you over and you nod. "Wait" you shout, starting after him once he's turned his back to leave. "Ask me again" you shout, touching his elbow and he looks confused. "Ask me again" you repeat and he starts to grin. "Marry me?" he questions with a smirk and you roll your eyes. "Not that" you chuckle and Niall smiles. "Go out with me?" he questions. "I suppose" you grin.

Louis: He had bought everything your store had to offer him and he hadn't returned since his last purchase a week ago. The first day of his absence was great. You hadn't been in the mood to sarcastically converse with him to begin with. As the week went on, however, you began to wonder if he had actually given up on the challenge of getting you to go out with him. "Go ahead and go," you tell Matt, "I'll close everything up here soon enough." Matt thanks you and heads towards the door. "Uh, (Y/N)," he says, turning back to you in curiosity as Louis approaches the stores entrance. "Go ahead Matt, I'll be fine," you assure him, and he heads out the door, holding it open for Louis to enter. "Thanks man." Matt nods and lets the door shut behind him before heading to his car. "Get anything new in?" Louis questions, walking straight up to the counter, hopping up to sit beside the register. You look at him from across the store amazed at how he had just made himself at home. "Does that look like a chair?" You inquire, as you put back all of the misplaced items from the shift. "Well you're the manager. It isn't like I'm in any trouble." "Says who?" "Says me." You laugh off his comment and continue to walk throughout the shop. "You went missing there for a bit," you acknowledge after a while, breaking the silence. "And you missed me didn't you?" "I missed the money it gave me," you answer, knowing it was only half the truth. "Sure." He hops down from the counter and walks over beside you. "So are you going to come out with me sometime?" His crooked smile was infectious causing you to have to turn your head so he couldn't see yours in response. "I'm thinking a 'yes' is in order. I mean come on, I bought everything in the store." "That you did," you respond, turning back around to face him directly for the first time. "So?" His tone was serious now. You pause, truly thinking about the answer you were going to give. His tattooed arms and legs were turnoffs but you had grown to enjoy his personality, which was unexpected. "So..meet me here after work on Friday." His crooked smile spread fully across his face, that is until he realized it. His face quickly turned serious, but couldn't fully hide his excitement. "We'll see," he responds, trying his best to keep a straight face. "Yeah, we'll see," you counter, copying his tone, trying your best to hide your smile as well.

Zayn: It had rained for a week straight keeping you a Sophie inside and away from Zayn. You hadn't decided if this was a good thing or not, which puzzled you. You had spent almost a month telling yourself 'no'. He wasn't your type, at least his outward appearance wasn't. "Sophie what are we going to do today?" You ask your furry friend as she sits in your lap. She quickly jumps up and runs to the door. "It's raining babe," you tell her, and she whimpers. "Don't," you scold, only causing her to whine louder. You turn from her and focus back on the television. Small scratches at the door tear you away once more. "Sophie, no!" She persists, causing you to get up from the couch. "It's raining," you inform her, only to watch her dance circles in front of the door. You sigh, "Fine." You head to the closet to get a rain coat and after slipping on tennis shoes you return to the door. "I hope you're happy," you tell her as she wags her tail intently. The two of you walk your normal route, seeing as Sophie would not let you cut the walk short because of the weather. You begin to pass all of the shop windows you usually stop and look in. You only glance at the ombre shirts in the window this time, not wanting to stand in the rain. As you move on passed you feel a tug on the leash behind you. "Come on," you tell Sophie as she sits in her usual spot on the sidewalk. "What are you doing?" You question, laughing as you walk back to her. She doesn't budge as you pull on her leash. "It's raining!" Your words don't faze her. "Have it your way then," you say, sitting down on the stoop in front of the door to the shop out of the rain. Soon Sophie jumps up from her spot and runs out of sight, the leash almost falling from your grip. You peer around the stoop's wall and roll your eyes. "Were you waiting on me?" Zayn inquires of you as he walks up to sit beside you, Sophie sitting at his feet. "No, but she was." He laughs and rubs her head. "Don't you think she's trying to tell you something then?" "What would she be telling me?" You question, knowing his answer. "That you should come out with me." "Are you sure that's what she wants?" "Of course it is," he answers with his signature half smile. "Well if that's what Sophie wants." You begin. His face lights up immediately. "Are you about to agree to what I think you're about to agree to?" He questions excitedly. "Well you show up here on Saturday, and we'll see if I am or not," you say, taking his phone from his hand and putting your address in along with your phone number. You quickly get up from your seat and turn to Sophie. "Alright come on, you got your way yet again," you tell her. She jumps from her place at Zayn's feet and walks to your side. "Saturday," he says with a smile. "Saturday," you repeat, turning to head home, unsure of what you had just done.
