After a lot of frustration, I decided to try to post Chapter 11 as a public chapter and see if it would work. It published, and so I thought surely the problem with Chapter 10 would be resolved as well...unfortunately, it's not. Chapter 10 is still a private chapter, and I'm not sure how to fix this (low key pissed at Wattpad right now).
