"Mom! Dad! Stop it, please ju.."
Her voice trailed off as her brother entered the room.
A deep and darkening silence engulfed them.
The arguers quickly fled the room with tears rolling down their porcelain faces.
"What's going on?"
"It's too quiet, why is it so quiet.."
Panic quickly erupted as the footsteps died away.
A loud shot sounded in the distance.
An awful sound came out of the girl's mouth as she fell to her knees.
For she knew all was lost.
