A/n: Alright, so, there will be a 6th part, I figured. Oh my goodness, and just to think, I wanted this story to only be three parts. My goodness, I didn't mean for this to happen. Haha XD But this part was long enough, and I couldn't bring myself to finish it all here. So, yeah, there's that.
Please enjoy this part, everyone!

Third Person POV
Akemi stared endearingly at her new, little friend, which sat next to her on the bed. Just remembering about the today brought her chest to flutter with happiness. She engulfed her toy pug in her arms and squeezed it. It still brought the short girl extreme delight, thinking back that it was her crush that managed to win it for her. Wasn't winning a toy from a carnival booth a thing couples do? She has read enough manga and watched enough anime to think so. She buried her reddened face into the plush's belly to muffle out her shrill, cheery shriek.
She was just so happy. Today just had been memorable and it felt like her and Rei took another step further in their friendship.
She lay onto her back, her bright brown eyes glued to her pale pink ceiling. It was late in the night, a little past ten to be exact, but the giddiness was keeping her awake and so her mind ran with so many thoughts, all mostly about the cobalt-haired swimmer.
Ryugazaki Rei asked her to go to the aquarium with him. Personally inviting her to hang out the whole day along with the fishes! If that's not a wish coming true, then she doesn't know what was. Rei had asked her in such a way, so casually, that she almost didn't catch what was going on until she saw her best friend's expressions. Can she please consider this aquarium a date? She can only hope so much.
"Rei-kun," she whispered under her breath, loving the way it sounded coming out of her lips. "Rei~" She giggled softly at how silly she was acting but couldn't care less about it. After so long, she finally had the courage to call him by his first name and what a wonderful feeling it was.
Her lips then pursed, as a new thought came to mind.
Nagisa.
He was quite a sneaky boy, his cute appearance doing him justice for innocence. She guessed she should thank him for strengthening her and Rei's friendship. After all, she got to see the bespectacled male a lot ever since she became paired with Nagisa.
It was only the third day since the Couples' Contest announcement, the second day after meeting him, Nagisa had figured out her crush on Rei.
~Flashback~
>From: Nagisa
Akemi-chaaan are you free rn? We should meet up
It was the perfect time, since Akemi had just ended her orchestra practice. So she quickly replied back to him that she was, in fact, free. The blond sent back a message to meet at the entrance of the school. And so with that, Akemi went off to meet her partner.
The two greeted each other casually before they went off. Nagisa suggested they should go to a nearby fast food restaurant. From the growling of his stomach, Akemi had to agree with a knowing nod. Might as well, she was a little peckish too. Luckily enough, they found a Maji Burger nearby.
Once getting whatever they wanted, they sat at a table by the window, and they went on to brainstorming for their performance. The two were doing great progress, since they had already figured out the song they'd play and the outfit they'd wear for it in previous meetings. Now they were discussing on their progress to practicing the song and whether they had gotten that very costume for the performance. It's only so much they could do now to perfect everything. It's going to be an adorable show, they both agreed. And they were giddy at the thought of winning the audience over.
