"Hello?" I started to panic. "Hi.. Is this uh Dinger." "Dinger speaking." Said the voice in a singing tone. "This is Angel the girl you gave your number to at the mall." I nervously spoke. "Oh hey. What's up?" "You uh said to call you..." This is so awkward... "Oh uh yeah, I did. Um I was wondering if you would want to go out sometime.?" He was trying to sound confident but I heard the nervousness in his voice.
"Uh yeah sure." "Where would you like to go?" I giggled trying to make it less awkward. He giggled back. "We can get ice cream I know this really good place!" I said confident in my choice. "Sounds great. I'll pick you up at 3?" He said. "Yeah that's great!" "Okay I'll see you then." "Okay bye." I smiled even though he couldn't see me.
I started to walk away from the phone when it rung again. "Hello?" I said confused. "It's uh Dinger again..." "Oh hey what's wrong?" I just starred at my Corey Haim picture on my wall. "I uh kinda need your address." He laughed. "Oh haha." I gave him my address and we said are good byes. I jumped up from the phone and did a little dance. Dinger is so cute! I hope he's as sweet as he looks...
