Moving with Josh

Prompt: you and your boyfriend, Josh, are searching for a new house together.
Authors note: I have a new book up, if you like Halsey. I'm going to update it after this. Also sorry for slow updates, school has started.

The sound of your dads windows computer rang through the office.
"We're really doing this?" Josh asked and pulled a rolly chair up beside the one you were sitting in.
"Yeah!" You took a deep breath and put in the password to the old device.
You had been talking about this for months, but now that it's finally happening, it's terrifying. You could tell Josh felt the same way, because he kept looking at you with no emotion.
"Looking for an apartment. For us. No more mom and dad." He looked down at his shirt.
"Please tell me you're scared. I'm fucking terrified." You looked at him, and the cuss word made him look at you.
"Thank god I'm not the only one scared. It's ok. We can do this." He put his cold hand on your thigh where your shorts stopped.
Looking down at the small paper, you typed in the first website your mom had recommended.

"Hey what's that one?" It's been 2 hours of Josh and you sitting in your parents office looking for an apartment. Most of the apartment you found, were way over priced.
"Eh pretty affordable." You moused over the price of $150 straight  up cost.
"What about the pictures?" Pointing to the top of the screen, you clicked each.
First picture was a beautiful kitchen that both of you loved. The tile was white and the counters where brown with grayish counter tops. After that was a hall way with a part of the wall pushed back for a dinner table. The picture after that was a living room with wood floors. The last picture was a bedroom with light carpet and a bathroom connected to it.
Josh loved it, and so did you.
"When can we walk through?" Josh asked and you instantly looked.
"Thursday." Looking at Josh, you hopped he wanted this one.
"Great. We found our apartment!"
